Also that is when i saw that all the pages were changing. they seemed to be changing at the exact time i was on. I know this because i continued to refresh the pages and noticed that they all looked slightly dif. after each refresh. well anyways you guys know more than i do so.. im just asking for u to bring an honest person back up to speed with info. thanks you all have been good help. HERE
That is the main thread from the updates this afternoon. There are also specific threads for various parts of the updates, such as the sound files, the text in the images, the text on the pages, the coordinates on the links page, etc

I'd suggest that you lurk for a bit, and perhaps feel out your more general question in IRC, if you can. That way, you can ask things in real time as you get a feel for things.

Read, absorb, and then post.

Welcome!

Read the wiki. Read the stickies in the various haunted apiary forum areas (General. Reference, Interaction, Puzzles). They'll give you background. It'll take a while for it all to come together. Just read a few message threads at a time; stuff is flying fast. Impossible to catch up in the middle of an update, but you'll have plenty of time to get up to speed for the next.

Rather like an ant nest...
...or bees.
