eh, it gives the natives something to do while we are waiting and something for the noobs to practice with...

But Jasonx, that's roughly what I was trying to say nicely- its all head scratchers as far as I'm concerned- interesting nougats of coincidence but without a key or without some corroboration its all just an exercise in anagraming and letter jumbles.

But its good to see so many ideas, so many people running down those ideas and there are so many folks chomping at the bit to see where we are going that I'm sure as soon as we have a key or some kind of trail to follow we'll be all off and running!

And yeah, it looks like D5n1i8F's Maxwell Group video from Find815 was generally acknowledged as fanfic/gamejack. Oh well. It's fun little video, at least.

 		I sincerely doubt this is in-game. If anything, Jacob is on the side of the Others (nee Hostiles), since he talks to Ben (and now Locke, through Claire's father). It'd be weird for a DHARMA-related organization to be on the same side of Jacob (not out of the question, just weird).

 		Jacob is an extremely mysterious character for lost. He is apparently extremely in tune with/possibly a manifestation of the island.

The youtube site seems like a fake diversion. It was posted too late for it to be real IMO.

Well . . . I find the Youtube Video, from D5n1i8F (D5n1i8F = Find815). And in the video i cant see "Jacob Loves You". Then i put www.jacoblovesyou.com and i find a site with the same Darma Logo . . . well . . . sorry again for my english, Very Happy.

When coming across a website/domain, it's a good idea to check it's creation date, as this often will tell you whether or not it's related to the game at hand.

For example

http://www.whois.net/whois_new.cgi?d=jacoblovesyou&tld=com

indicates that the domain has existed for a year and so likely has nothing to do with what we're discussing here.

 		Well after a little bit of research the site definitely existed for Find 815 and did have a video which linked to it. However the content of the site has now changed from a static picture to the animation you see. I agree that its likely fan made due to the history of the site, though its never been proven to be so.

To give it its dues, its also very pretty, and the video isnt half bad either. Not sure it gives us anything thought so its hard to actually see it as a gamejack.

Also when anyone else runs a search for that string of letters do they get that video turning up? Im a little sketchy on the details of how we find this polish video which leads us to this site. (Have seen the video but im trying to recreate the actual finding of it)

Interesting little bit is that we somehow lose a day on the timer between 0:20 and 0:24. Also what sounds like voices whispering possible backwards at around 0:35/36. And then finally the numbers reverse and start counting backwards for a second or two before it cuts off totally going from 9 seconds back to 7 seconds. Hum ho.

As the original post about it here said to begin with, you Google for that string and it's in the results list.

 		The small shadow that creeps downwards on the small section of trigram on the left is really starting to bug me though.

http://pl.youtube.com/watch?v=I8d6iOgACnk is the original link. Maxwell papers and such. People seemed to argue a lot over whether or not it was a real or fan made video but no one bunked it.
