I've edited my previous 'so far' pic on page 3 to include nate's puzzle piece, and i've moved QC as per a suggestion by White_Knight in chat.

EDIT: I have to leave the internet for a while, so have attached my psd file with all the pieces labelled, certain layers linked, etc for easy addition of new pieces.

Not sure on the qc and zr location. it seems to fit better as shown below. But I could be wrong. by my count we need 14 more pieces for a total of 36 or 10 more pieces for a total of 32 pieces.

Edit To Add jwb.jpg. We need only 9 more.
