 		Yeah we've moved! I'll be catching up over the weekend and hopefully can get back up to speed by Monday. Mom is coming home today with a new med and oxygen regime. We hope we can keep her as comfortable as possible as medically, there is little to do at this point. Thank you for all of your thoughts and well wishes! Amber

CO = Chiaro Oscuros and she's been playing both sides, or rather leaking info from both sides.

Also, I say she, even though some prefer he, because of the anagram to "Rosario" sounds feminine to me.

Executive Summary: On February 14, 2008, about 0737 eastern standard time, a Beechcraft Bonanza BE33, N655321, operated by Execuflight, Inc., for BlueGenics Research Institute, Inc. crashed about 27 nautical miles west-northwest of Knoxville Downtown Island Airport, Knoxville (DKX), Tennessee. The flight was operating under the provisions of 14 Code of Federal Regulations Part 121 as a scheduled domestic flight from Knoxville Downtown Island Airport (DKX), Knoxville, Tennessee, to San Francisco International Airport (SFO), San Francisco, California. The flight departed DKX about 0719, with 1 pilot and 1 passenger. All people on board were killed, and the airplane was destroyed. Visual meteorological prevailed for the flight, which operated on an instrument flight rules flight plan.

The National Transportation Safety Board determines that the probable cause of the Beechcraft Bonanza BE33 accident was an explosion of the primary fuel tank (PFT), resulting from ignition of the flammable fuel/air mixture in the tank. The source of ignition energy for the explosion could not be determined with certainty, but, outside of the sources evaluated by the investigation, the most likely was a short circuit outside of the PFT that allowed excessive voltage to enter it through electrical wiring associated with the fuel quantity indication system.

The safety issues in this report focus on fuel tank flammability, fuel tank ignition sources, design and certification standards, and the maintenance and aging of aircraft systems. Safety recommendations concerning these issues are addressed to the Federal Aviation Administration.
