Carrying on with that train of thought, is the formatting for network names and/or keys different for things such as XBox 360 or PS3 or Wii's? Afterall this was found in a video game magazine and I think at one point we did see a game console.

I was thinking amusement device referred to Rick Astley, since the agent is named "Rick Roll" (Richard Rhoale).

I can tell you exactly what this is a promotion for: an internet cafe/gaming hangout called "The Node" in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. If you google search for "experiencethenode", you'll find a cached version of a blog, called "Chronicles of a Startup -- The Journey from Concept To Reality - How The Node Came To Be". The domain name of it used to be .nodegaming.com but it has been taken offline. Reading back a month, you can learn all about how they leased space, got investors, and installed the infrastructure. There is also a link to a Canadian magazine which is running a promotional contest for the same space. Go to http://www.youthink.ca/contests.html and scroll down to the ad.

Apologies if this was already discussed, I haven't followed the whole trail, however I am kinda trying to solve this last code puzzle.

Solution method:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Treat the large caps and small caps as equivalent letters, so every pair is {a,c,e}+{1-9}, then create a grid or matrix. Fill with the alphabet A-Z starting with e9, c9, a9, followed by a8, c8, e8, snaking your way thru the grid, ending with Y=e1, Z=c1, and blank=a1. Simple substitution for the pairs in the picture will spell out a message.

You don't have to completely change your pic, just throw the node logo on it with paintbrush in a corner or something.

 		havent really been following this, but did anyone notice richard rhoale's name is Rick Roll. Richard shortened is Rick. and rhoale sounds like roll. lol

 		yeah tab, somebody noticed that on the IG forums and in chat the other day. I hope this isn't one big Rick Roll. Although, it does seem like one big puzzle trail so far. There isn't much of a story.

 		So um....was the mission 3 thread locked for me because I was bad and referred to the PM in a IG forum or was it locked for everyone due to the ongoing flame war???

If it is locked, it is only for you. . It's locked now that I checked again. Oh well, you're not missing all that much.
