So get this guys......

So you know how I said that I placed my order 4 hours ago and was gonna pick it up at 8.

Well, my wife just went down to pick it up and they had no clue at all what she was talking about.

They said that even though our order went through and we were the first people to claim it, they gave it to someone at 1:30 this afternoon.

Which is complete BS because no one has claimed the Springfield MA one yet. So she asked to talk to the manager, who wasn't there and they didn't let her to talk to them on the phone.

They just said too bad and gave her the pizza.

So right now my wife is on the phone with the Domnio's District Manager.

We're not looking for a fight, don't get me wrong.

We just really feel that there is some shady business going on here.

I would be willing to bet that since the boss isn't in today that one of the emploees just snagged it up and hid in their car or something and then they just made up some story about they gave it to someone earlier today.

Don't you think that if someone had it they would have called it in??!!!!

We are so pissed off right now.

She ended up driving for 45 minutes in a huge Thunderstorm with Hail to get there and they had they're heads up their assess!!!!!!

AHhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!

Well.

At least we got a free pizza that we don't want to eat because Domino's Sucks!!!! - Ecks knows what i'm talking about

hopefully the DM will have some sort of answer for us.

wow, that sucks major. seems like a lot of people have had similar problems. damn domino's employees. its like the managers had no oversight over the event at all. just hope mine didn't get some pieces taken away or just not delivered at all.

F-ing DBs!

Dude, I've called the store in the 89118 delivery area (las vegas) 3 times, and they have no clue what's going on. This really isn't surprising to me 95% of the people in Domino's employ are ... um ... less than intelligent. The 89118 pizza still hasn't been claimed and not one of them can direct me to a person who might have a clue what's wrong with their system. This store is 5 minutes away from (counting two traffic lights), and the only store to deliver to the 89118 ZIP code; so I know it's the right store.

I don't think this is going as smoothly as they'd hoped.

15 minutes, and it's all over with 34, possibly, unclaimed pies. Sad

You shouldnt, unless you get/got a plastic bag with a big hole in it to go with your pizza.

from some things that i read at SHH, some people ended up just getting the mask, and not the letter and the other stuff that came with it. so who knows?

It's over
and domino's sucks :)

32 unclaimed pizzas; I was close.

I wonder what they're doing with the left over masks.

We should like mass bombard their inbox or something. Tell them how we feel.

1) Half the states didn't even get a chance to order pizzas.
2) For those who did get to order pizza, half of them didn't get delivered.
3) Of the people who received pizzas, half of them were missing their masks, etc.

So all in all, maybe 1/8 of the participants here got anything whatsoever.

This kinda sucks.

Elite, one thing I found ironic is that there were no pizzas in Michigan, the home of Domino's.

I don't think it was a great idea to bring a large national company into the game, it did kind of trip things up. Maybe they'll figure something out to recover.

The video is nice, though.

where did you get the link for "my hero". GCP?

funny story, i had my pizza delivered to a friend's house because it was close to one of the locations. they called him and told him that it came with something and to make sure no one was following the driver??? also, right before they delivered it, they called him again to make sure someone was going to be there to get it and when he asked why all the hub-bub, they said they couldn't talk about it. seems like at least ONE domino's did this promotion right.

245 stores, one doing it right isn't promising.

It's on the main page for GCP roll over the HA in Gotham.
