Please post some updates when you get a chance for those of us at work and IRC challenged due to some pesky firewalls (cause we might not get our work done if the workplace allowed access to such internet toys).

Okay not much to update. He popped in, thanked us for all our help and said that it was raining hard but that they were driving to the Keys. In the meantime MrToasty found the mermaid boat location, so that is where they are headed now. He said that he had to go but that he would be back later. and now he's gone again.

EDIT: Nate is back in IRC again. They're driving through the Keys. Nothing of substance in the chat, really. We told him how much we don't like Erik.

Tried it. No go. The firewall on the regular hospital computers is pretty tight (no more flickr, blocked out LJ earlier this year). I am lucky I still have access to unForum and gmail (and gmail only because the Pediatric Residents use it to communicate).

Quick update: They've arrived at the place and parked up. Nate and TC are going in to investigate, and Jay's in the car chatting with us now.

ETA: They found this thing. It refers to the Labor Day Hurricane memorial, taking those characters from the memorial text gave us "DIVIN9 MUSEUM," which we guess refers to the Florida Keys History of Diving Museum.
