Cast your vote: Where should the next ARGfest be held?

Where should we gather for the next ARGfest?

I thought I had Winnipeg -- maybe there are a limited number of spaces applied per poll. Winnipeg gets my write-in vote, only because jamesi makes it sound so fascinating and inviting. If people want to write in choices, I suppose they need to post them and I will reconfigure the poll when I get back from vacation sometime in September.

Keep voting in the meantime!

Nothing in the midwest? What about Chicago or Milwaukee?

Location may also depend on time of year.

For example, while a lot of people are interested in a NY gathering, we probably don't want to do it until at least next spring (too cold & busy in the winter or around the holidays).

And a return visit to Las Vegas needs to be either in April/May, or Oct/Nov (to avoid intense life-threatening heat of day in the summers or the freezing nights of winter).

It's Andy Griffith's hometown and the basis of Mayberry, you know. Very Happy

someone in chat suggested an extra write-in spot to vote for. Maybe add a none-of-the-above option. Let's make it like "Last Comic Standing", and the top 5 cities have to live together in a castle and face elimination challenges!

Hey you cheeky northern shite!!!

But more importantly, it's outrageous that Europe doesn't even get a *mention* on that list! Especially given the thread here!

Hmphhh.

And how come Montana didn't make the list? We're a lovely state with many things to see and do!

I would soooo go for a Europe one, but only if you give me about 3 years notice so that I could save up! Smile

Oooo I've been there, I've been there. /me waves her hands frantically.

Um yeah.... Embarassed

There's a safari park that you can drive through near there too, right next to the animals. I haven't been there in years, but it was pretty neat when I was there.
