Eli has now responded

Oh, I just noticed the many other designs you have submitted!

In fact your #6 design seems quite perfect. I am also quite partial to
the one designed by Canzonett. Either would be very powerful and very
effective!

Sincerely yours,

that means that i will probably use my 6th design (due to size)
or cazonetts if i can get driven

matt

EDIT: o heres the 6th one

So great to hear that you managed to run the Melbourne labyrinth, runeix - congratulations! I'm SO looking forward to seeing how the omphnet on the omphaputer will change once your data and those from Wellington have been officially registered in the multiverse.

well i hate to admit it but heres what the trackstick produced.

Sunday 22nd june:

It all begun on a Rainy sunday morning.
I was lying in bed hoping that my phone would ring (meaning that my friends could come do the labyrinth with me), but it didnt......

I finally got up about 10:30 but still couldnt leave. My mum was atcurch and had taken the laptop and the trackstick software dont walk on my main computer. (long story, with somthing to do with sunday school) and dad was at my sisters soccer....

few hours later.....

I had everything packed, camera, maps, drinks etc. all ready to go finnaly the folks came home and i fixed the trackstick(memory needed wiping from tests) and we left. but the time we started it was about 2pm
my brother and dad came with me to drive and film. and it had stoped raining.

we started thinking the task to be easy.....
but.. google maps and Melbourne were not kind to us. a LOT of the alley ways and small streets marked were privately owned by companies and could'nt be walked or dirven. this led to a lot more walking of the 15km route than expected. ( and with some running by me i still mostly beat the car to the next stop)

We filmed lots i took the still camera with me while my brother videoed in the car.
The trackstick i have to say is a pitiful piece of machinary with it loosing the signal more times than i can count (leading to the map below).

well anyway we perserviered, i got a call from a mate during our last curciut and managed to fit picking up and droping them off at the AFL game on the way (btw AFL is an awsome sport seconded only by Parkour and Rockclimbing)

Idlike to thank my dad and brother and will upload some photos tonite.. (video will have to wait till weekend).

Now on to the serious stuff. the map the trackstick made isnt that good. is it worth trying to edit it..?? before i send it to Eli?? or do you think its good enough. i mean i know that i run the proper route

matt

I guess editing the map wouldn't help, since this would only lead your parallel selves in the other Gaia worlds astray. What you could do, however, is to add a map showing the path you actually took, so the multiversal Melbourne teams are able to imitate it properly. Just give them as much information as possible.

You mentioned that you weren't able to actually follow that route. That looks like the route from your original Google Map.
