[MISSION][SOFIA][SOPHROSUNE] Competitors

Ariadne posted a new mission for Sofia and Sophrosune:
Quote:

Figure out the competition! How fast do we have to get?
If we want to win the gold on August 24th in the Multiverse Olympiad, we need to know what our teams are up against.

How fast are the fastest labyrinth teams in the other worlds?

Is there any way to find out?

Sophrosune and sofia, I think this is the perfect mission for you to team up on...

Any ideas how to get the information how well other worlds perform?
I think the only way will be the omphaputer.
Perhaps the mysterious "TRAINING" command?

I was thinking the command would have to be used, too. I am very confused as to how to get it to work, though, as it can't seem to decide if it wants a parameter or not...if you don't give it a parameter, it asks for one, and if you do give it a parameter, it says too many have been given and a max of "0" parameters are allowed.

We tested running a 3 circuit as fast as possible with no blindfold or walls, and got around 8 seconds. I don't see how anyone could get an official time (blindfolded) much faster than that.

What could be parameters of "training", anyway? The location or coordinates of the labyrinth? The number of players participating? The labyrinth's size? The running time? The runner's first name?

Yea, it's not clear how we're supposed to used TRAINING. Just entering "TRAINING" gives you: Training: Input Parameter

But if you enter anything after TRAINING you get: too many parameters, max 0 allowed

Which clearly is a catch 22 -- it wants a parameter but there is a maximum of zero allowed.

I did find an analogous case, though. If you enter "SOFIA XXX," it gives you the "too many parameters, max 0 allowed" message, while "SOFIA696" gives you the "agonothetai ID has already been authenticated."

ThIs suggests that the syntax may be something like "TRAINING001" or "TRAINING/LABYRINTH."

OMPHAPUTER UPDATE!
I'm sure someone will be posting this in another topic, but I'll put here the parts that are important to this topic.

Inputting the command TRAINING now says:
Training: Specify Multiverse ID

So then if you put in, say... TRAINING/NUMA you get:
Numa | 3 Circuit: 14.12 | 7 Circuit: 1:38

Which must give us the leaderboard! Here's the current standings:

Numa | 3 Circuit: 14.12 | 7 Circuit: 1:38
Kenorland | 3 Circuit: 15.8 | 7 Circuit: 1:43.25
Gaea | 3 Circuit: 13.59 | 7 Circuit: 2:30
Gondwana | 3 Circuit: 15.5 | 7 Circuit: 1:35
Pangea | 3 Circuit: 13.41 | 7 Circuit: 1:29
Pangea Ultima | 3 Circuit: 16.52 | 7 Circuit: 1:50

The "omphstrength" command is not pending anymore.

It says:
OMPH STRENGHT 36.17
Network Incomplete
Knots complete: 2
Knots remaining: 25

No - that's from New York, at the "Come Out & Play" Festival.

Here are the videos on Ariadne's Blog.

Thanks, mr.judkins, so Noriko's new blog is wrong ... and Ariadne's twitter on June 7th.
