i just download the episodes. didn't shell out for cable yet. i find with a divx player you rarely need it. plus in canada we don't get the new episodes anyways. the new episodes are just proving that the show's only getting better. if you get a chance download some episodes. they're all over piratebay.com.

If i were to suggest any new episodes it'd be Dethgov, where the singer becomes governor of Florida, and Dethcarraldo where they all take a trip to the amazon and get stoned off native tribe drugs. haha

Man, I don't miss those days. Workin afternoons there's really no threat of sleeping in late anymore.

Wow, the new Human Abstract song sucks.

That sucks, their last album was really refreshing.

Have you heard the new slipknot song?

Ya, once again, it's nothing like I expected. I've only heard it once, but I like it. It's not the melodic first single I was expecting. I think I'll really enjoy their new album. Read their article in the new Revolver and it sounds like they've got some interesting shit. Even if it mellows out partially I'd rather they write good songs than try to out-heavy themselves like on Iowa (still a good disc, just not as memorable as they're other 2). Though they need to keep it overall louder than the last one. Songs like Before I Forget shoulda been saved for Stone Sour. You don't need 9 guys for that song.

Wow. I agree with every single word you just said 100%.

I think corey had his outlet for soft stuff with stone sour and now can get back to what slipknot is supposed to be. Not that slipknot cannot put out some good soft songs...take vermillion for instance. But some of the alt rock songs on vol. 3 were as annoying as some of the "too tough" songs on iowa. Sounds like this album is going to be S/T meets Vol. 3...which (hopefully) should be amazing.

Ya, almost all the softer songs on Vol. 3 felt like they belonged there, but the alt. rock sounding tunes felt really out of place. Vermillion is a good example of the softer stuff that fit. Same with the intro, the nameless, etc. But i think they'll have a good mix. The whole band sounded really confident in it in that article. Apparently Corey recorded some vocals at the bottom of a well at an old farm for a track. Just a lot of weird sounding shit. Hope it amounts to something great.

I know this is a bit off or the current topic, but it was funny. Alkaline Trio is playing at my local mall. It was awesome seeeing all of the kids wearing super tight jeans, those hoodies with the ugly designs, with the hood up, or their straight brimmed hats. The kids without hats had their hair just like skatehimrock. Fuckers made me feel old. You gotta love the new alternative uniforms. I think someone on here called it mallcore. That is my new favorite term.

the hoodie with a hood up is just my once a week recreational wear. lol not all alternative junkies wear hoodies ALL the time. and straight brimmed hats, they're just awesome.

Straight brimmed hats are probably my biggest pet peeve.

oh man, i almost forgot about straight brimmed hats. hahahaha! and ya, 'mallcore' is a great term, none more fitting. it's funny, watching them be independent and unique as they all go to the same poser skater stores and pay raping prices for lame clothing. i looked in a few of those stores, like Billabong and West 49, and jesus christ! Regular t-shirts were like $40-$50 (canadian mind you), hoodies were around $90, lame looking jeans with holes already in them (hahahaha. SO gay) were over $100. my god, you anti-establishment types are really helping the economy. haha

good for alkaline trio, sounds like their career is soaring. hahahaha.

Right. Remember Tiffany in the 80's? She used to play malls too. Here career is skyrocketing.
Check out this hat http://www.sneakerobsession.com/72/new-era-banana-camo/ Who the fuck would ever wear this?
