 		So we've been working on this at the Livejournal venue - there seems to be a fair amount of interest there http://community.livejournal.com/sf_drama/1161033.html

Mylaptopisevil found the answer to the numbers 162, 001, 200, 320, 030, 620, 010, 516, 200, 119, 250, 320 from Note 3:

It was a simple random substitution cipher, which he cracked with frequency analysis and a bit of luck. Splitting them into pairs gives 16 20 01 20 03 20 03 06 20 01 05 16 20 01 19 25 03 20, which works out to heremembershername. Following link at the bottom of Note 3 to http://www.notestomary.com/?hername= then entering heremembershername into the text field brings up "That's right... of course! HER NAME IS SARAH!" -Robert".

This leads to the new site http://www.notestosarah.com which has a countdown, oh no!

And I think that pretty much sums it up. We're now waiting on Note 4, and it looks like we have just under 4 days to do what we're going to do.

Seems like he says he was trying to get rid of us, I guess. but I really think it was just a (lacking) attempt to bring everything from the past to the future.

 		When I saw the note and saw that he was on gmail, I made an attempt to contact him through gchat. Said that things are now for Sarah, not us (although he may mean 'us' the LJ community) and blocked me. Sad

 		There's a note on notestosarah.com dated for today (July 15th). Anyone got any leads for this?

(I want this thing to have a better ending than a rickroll, so I'm lurking no more.)

EDIT: Also, all the original Mary notes are gone, and the older Sarah notes are too. Anyone know where/if those can be found?

OH god that note. It's like complete normal for the first half and then just completely off the wall towards the end. With the most ridiculous part being last. What in the hell did he do to her dog?

And now there's Caroline and her husband. This looks fun.

I think you can find some of the notes on the original LJ and somethingawful threads, because people were messing around with them in photoshop looking for hidden images and stuff like that. I think a few people might have saved the notes from before. They were talking about it in the irc chat.

The zip file attached to this post contains the 3 notes to Mary and 3 to Sarah from this month, but I don't have any of the old ones saved.

I did like the latest note. I'm taking it all at face value now though, and am content to just sit back and watch the story unfold - I'm not seeing any sort of "puzzle" or "game" beyond that. Knowing our friend P!R, he's probably still watching us here though, heh.

I've only been as clear as possible, regarding the new notes. There is no game to be played.  		yeah we knew he was hatesandwich. i'm surprised he knew that i saw the clue note, since it wasn't sent to me. i just spoke with him when i saw his second version of that note.

as i said in the sf_drama thread, i'm glad he tried again, but it did seem rushed this time and i think he was expecting odd things out of it. but i'm not faulting him for trying. they can't all be epic games when you're just learning how to PM yourself.

i do still look forward to his next thing.

and I've always liked the idea of ARGs but never found a good place to play them. GUESS I AM HERE NOW HAH.
