well, so far the only connection is the 40-CFR-761 showing up in the intro flash.
So I think it's a nifty premise for a chaotic fiction leading to the graphic novel... hopefully there's more coming than IngenBio's cryptic twitters
Infex. heh, one click away and I would have seen it blah.
PCB's sites have a nice design, but they're all over the place and waaay busy.
Also, the flash on the Contagion page has a rotating braille message. haven't attempted to decode it yet.

I also tried to decipher using autokey and caesar decoders. Nothing there.

Looks more like somebody just randomly pounding away on the keyboard, to me (except for the "joshuawert" line).

Thats what AgentLex suggested to me when I asked him.
So looks like the only important part is Joshua Wert
Should we be checking for Joshua Wert in myspace/facebook/blogger?

well, wert is just 4 letters on the keyboard, from qWERTy. May not be connected to Joshua. So "joshua" might be the key here. *shrug*

I just typed this name into AIM, and it says "joshuawert is offline" I'm not really savvy with AIM, could that mean he doesn't exsist, or does it mean that he definitely does?
EDIT: Nvr mind, found this:
http://profiles.aim.com/joshuawert
Sent him a message saying that a couple of us were thinking of applying to Ingen, and that we stumbled on his name on their website (kudos to you guys BTW!). Sure hoping at this moment that this guy is IG!
EDIT2: Phew, he can't receive offline IM's, so I haven't made a fool of myself yet!

the second part of CFR 40 is
Quote:
PART 51--REQUIREMENTS FOR PREPARATION, ADOPTION, AND SUBMITTAL OF IMPLEMENTATION PLANS
i was thinking maybe its the experiment number but that doest make sense because the last one was in video log post. and was that Robert Kendall before the log recovery or someone else? stupid comic con.
