works perfect for me. Try taking out any extra space before or after the password and username.

Both need to be lowercase.

Sorry if it's not working for some people.

It's works fine for me every time.

they don't have to be upper or lower case

it's not case sensitive.

if you copied a blank space before or after, just delete it
that should do the trick
