Here is the translation from the Hindi:

Quote:
#3 was earlier at Omphalos #10 about 26 stadia from there in the direction of hermes(?) 23. From there the ring is 26-69 stadia in the direction of apollo 15. He has hidden the ring in an art studio. The ring should be in something shaped like a dart board (a circular maze?) on a picture that has 3 circuits on the right side. 1.86 stadia high at the entrance of the dart board object. The dart board has a cross that has been directed towards apollo 20. When you go around the outside of the dart board shaped area, you'll need to tell a password to the gatekeeper.

They also said "the dartboard/circular maze object could be made of anything...the translation didn't specify"

Omphalos #10 is Stuttgart, Germany

26xx stadia Hermes 23 from Stuttgart ends up in Amsterdam
2669 stadia Apollo 15 from Amsterdam ends up in Manchester area.

I guess our next location is found in Manchester

I assume that we have a right-oriented 3 circuit labyrinth (= dart board Smile), which is 1.86 (?) stadia wide and oriented apollo 20.

But which location si the start (entrance) and where is the target in this labyrinth (around the outside?)

Maybe the target is at the entrance, and "1.86 stadia" is not width but height. I have no idea about where in Manchester the labyrinth cross is.

By the way, I found a labyrinth.

I think the word translated as "dart board/circular maze" is the one which sounds "chakkaravue" and should mean "labyrinth".
I don't know this has something to do with the word chakravyuha.

I don't know Hindi at all, but tried to match words with a dictionary.
I think the phrase after "entrance" might mention something in Manchester that overlays on the labyrinth entrance.
This time, it's not a museum, as far as I investigated.

Edit: I found it a station!

Code:
Kiduri a appolo pandrara ki disa mem         keraie.
Appolo 15       in the direction of

Egor cakkara, ja chupa hua he.

E tina  circuit, bai or dekahta u or cakkaravyu he.

Eka dasamalava chiyasi stadia, lambikkat, cakkaravyu kii pravesa mem,

Or a cakkaravyu, kah cross appolo bisa ki disa mem,        kiichigeie.

I'll try to help.
I've put unagi's work on the wiki
http://olympics.wikibruce.com/Find_The_Third_Ring
And added times in the wav file.

Thank you, sapagoo, I appreciate your help.

It's a station - I checked Hindi words meaning bus, coach, railway, fire, police, gas ... What else would it be?

It might be north - I'm not sure at all.

Some of the stations in Manchester are named after the things they are near.
Picadilly Gardens, Market Street, Oxford Road.

If the 1.86 stadia is correct, we are talking 344 meters. (which means the City of Manchester Stadium / COMS/ Eastlands is out, unless there is a picture gallery next to the practice field.)

Can we get a native speaker to check the part between the one point 86 stadia section [0:46] and the apollo 20 section [1:02] to see if there is any mention of a Station, and what station?

lehall has asked for more help
Here is her comments

"Ok, she says in that section, it says "in the middle of the maze, 1.86 stadia long at the entrance, in the evening in the cross is in the direction of apollo 30"
and no station in that section
"the apollo part has changed note"
"she says the number sounds closer to 30"
"last guy said 20"
"but Kavita says the pronounciation is very close."
"It seems to imply the ring is in the center of the maze"
"and you'll need a password to get the ring OUT"

I think Kavita is right in this point.
twenty = bisa
thirty = tisa

But there's no station? If so, we can't draw a labyrinth.

Making assumptions again...

If the entrance is supposed to be the Manchester Evening News, and given that 344 meters is just over 1000 feet, there isn't much withing 1000 feet of the Manchester Evening News.

MEN is off Hardman Street, at 164 Deansgate
I don't see a gallery 300 degrees away from Hardman street, but there is one 70 degrees, about 1000 feet. 14 A Tib Lance, Philips Art Gallery.
There is also a Photography Studio 300 degrees away 1000 feet on Left Bank called Motiv Studio http://www.motivstudio.co.uk/ (they do Weddings, and coffee books.

"evening is literally translated as 'between night and day'"

EDIT:
There is also a DoubleTake Studio at 37 Peter Street about 600 feet and 100 degrees from Evening News.
If Evening News was at the peak of the circuit, then DoubleTake would be near the center.

And there is a Wella Studio at 82 King Street, right near Philips Art Gallery (but they just seem to be the wrong direction from Evening News)
