Just got it as well -- all I can find so far as ways to create a 128 Code (as that's what it looks to be, someone please correct me if I'm wrong). Nothing so far on how to decode though. Yarrr.

Barcodes + Tyler Mills + "Won't you help me please" = Deleted for sure. As the "helping her find out what happened" part of the game hasn't started yet, I would bet the translation would lead you to the gamesite as they're trying to draw more players.
