funny enough I got the 'please help me' email with the barcode as well yesterday (friday) and have gone through the thread, the games got promise but I'll have to see how it goes.

Ha ha. Like Dylan in the Movies. She's totally gonna do a cover. Fantastic. Yeah when I told her Ethan hangs out a FIKA, I also said since you are a musician...and Ethan put in his profile that he like Belle and Sebastian, you should record a cover and post it to his facebook. The only Belle and Sebastian song I could think of that can be covered without a whole lot of electronic effort is Like Dylan in the Movies. Its not too hard to play. There are probably more but I can't think of them. My college roomate LOVED Belle and Sebastian.

EDIT: I don't know the other bands in his profile too well. I know Spoon, they are actually playing a free show Tuesday at the Prospect Park Bandshell. I'm probably gonna go since I live within walking distance. Hmmm...do I smell date night? If I see Ethan and Tyler making out, I'll totally take a pic and upload it. LOL!

I've never even heard of Vampire Weekend.

He he, while John Sebastian AND the Lovin' Spoonful are both excellent (FYI, I learned last week that Jerry Yester produced, Tom Waits' Closing Time, quite possibly the best album EVER made)...Belle and Sebastian are different. And Scottish...I think.

Anyway, I didn't PM Tyler...but if I do go (and I probably will only because I like that song, I Turned My Camera On) I'll take a picture of some random hipsters making out and send to Tyler and ask her if its her and Ethan...LOL!

According to wikipedia Belle and Sebastian is the band name. Its a Scottish Indie pop band. The name comes from Belle et S�bastien the french childrens' books. Wikipedia is a wonderful thing!
