First, just cleaning up the "Projects" stuff... Minerva is the Roman equivalent of Athena, "goddess of warriors, poetry, medicine, wisdom, commerce, crafts, and the inventor of music." Link, and the symbol kind of looks like a brain.
Lilith is...complicated. But among others, she is a storm demon, Adam's first wife, a figure in Kabbalah...
Leviathan is sort of any monster of the deep. But I still like Cthulhu. (Ever wonder what the mascot of Miskatonic U. is?)
We're pretty sure VA024 is some sort of weather control project, because of the video. And curiously it seems to be a weather station in Virginia...

And a follow up on haguruma, whom thebruce found. On the user info page he lists Japanese author Akutagawa as an interest. Among his final works is "Haguruma ("Cogwheel", 1927), a horror story based on a sensitive mind that is gradually losing its hold on reality," which fits. He is probably our inside contact.

Wow! I don't bother turning on my computer for a couple of days, check my mail account today, find the scholarship e-mail, hop over here to see who else got it and what's been said about it, and there's freakin seven pages already! SEVEN!
Mind you, I suppose I should be grateful that there wasn't (how many pages was it Nighthawk?) of pre-game stuff to go through!

Just something I noticed while browsing the site.. On the English version, in the History, there is a picture on the left of the Nazi symbol (Silver bird thing) that has the Swashstika (sp?).. Yet on the Deutsch version, the Swashstika has been removed..

EDIT: Swashstika can also be seen on the Chinese version.

EDIT2: Also.. is it just me, or do alot of the Chinese pages come up with a yellow warning type symbol instead of the content in chinese?

This may be completely irrelevant, just thought it was interesting..

The commercial graphics software from the company I use to work for had to be pulled off all the shelves in Germany because there was a small swastika (no bigger than 30x30 pixels) in one piece of clip art (out of 75,000 pieces of clip art).
