 		[TROUT] Idea for coords
Okay, so in the new email they are clearly explained as "roads" being "built" (More likely than not network connections, locations of new sites? I don't know yet) But with them being described as roads, how about an image that has lines drawn to each GPS location on a US map from the location of ILB, roughly.

Maybe it will show something? Worth a shot. Also try looking into any websites coming from those areas (new ones) maybe?
