I didn't get this one, but it was aimed directly at Caleb's ID, like the ones AnthraX received. I think we may only be getting mass-BCCed on "official transmissions" between definitely-run-by-the-PMs e-mails, with no player-addresses involved.

That is my suspicion as well. I need to respond to this message. I was thinking along the lines of this:

This is probably related to the message Anthrax101 received though I am not sure how to incorperate it. I think I should, particularly the bit about the BCJ linkage being broken. Perhaps something like BCJ LINKAGE RESTORED.

I guess you need to authorize something, probably the Filter Rotations. But then your email goes on to say that the filter rotations must be verified via MERCICONTROL.

So do we make a new cipher to use, and then tell them about it?

 		Looks kinda like the PM's are only willing to talk to people who used in-game subjecte id's (ETG, TRI, etc).

 		Just come online, i've not had this email either, so I reckon you are right, it's only the people that have used "in game" ID's that are getting these.

But now it's working out what you guys should do next, you must need to respond somehow I would've thought.

hrm. maybe that's a factor...but we've already run out of in-game subjecte ids! if they're that strict, it'll be a small game. :P

just for fun, i registered another subjecte id, SRT5555, the hologram from the movie. maybe they'll be somewhat more forgiving of in-movie subjecte ids. (i'll post my email in the BLZ0001 IDENTIFICATION REVOKED thread, for posterity.)

 		I think that they are singling out the people that are using "in game" subjecte id's, for special insider info emails.

The rest of us will still carry on getting the mass produced messages, but the select few will get special messages, maybe you will have more power over the game than the rest of us.

I received and autoresponse 'mercicontrol is not taking transmissions ... validation occurs through elc3433'. I haven't received anything else, except the central status update. Anthrax, did you respond to the message yet?

I have another hypothesis about why I recieved that email. It's possible that I was sent a letter because I cracked the double alphabet code,

In addition to all of the other 'filter authorization provider' stuff. It's difficult to tell, because I apparently have an 'in game id' (though I never received the high level psid message).

Also, it would be interesting to know if anyone else has tried to validate some of the IDs that appear on the website. ie, on the front page of sen5241.net there are several IDs that may or may not be validated.
