also, on the last episode of gotham tonight it was all like "and next week, look for our interview with Mayor Anthony Garcia", then in the movie, it showed the clip of Mayor Garcia talking to Mike Engel on Gotham Tonight. not that big, but yeah...

I could have sworn I saw an awning that said Betty's House of Pies in one of the earlier scenes. Other than that I got nothing.

scarecrow and his fear toxin exctasy, the super mob, the jokers ability to get common people to do his bidding (thats you guys) all refrences to Dent and the Internal Affairs. Joker's thing for cell phones (used it on us and used it for everything in the movie) Oh and they tossed in some Star Wars love with how he took out the truck with the wire

My personal favorite movie/game connection was the cell phone sewn inside the joker's henchman... the way joker phones were hidden in cakes.

Albert Rossi courtroom scene. Rossi was captured by Batman while people were voting for Dent and he and some other thug were trying to prevent that.

The Chechen gang from the war on that festival day. Not sure if Gambol's was involved too.

The ferries ofcourse from the Gotham Ferry site.

Gotham Times newspaper. Also defaced by Joker if I remember correctly from the promotional picture.

Citizen for Batman Underground like mentioned above. With Brian.

Gotham National Bank... Joker robbery.
