Just tried to validate "LUH3417" on my other e-mail account; will edit this post when I get a response.
Also, has anyone tried to validate an OMM#### ID?

I will be very shocked if LUH3417 has'nt already been taken, as she is one of the main characters in the Film. I thought of using that one, but did'nt for that actual reason.
I'll be surprised if you can validate an OMM id.

Looks like someone already got LUH:

TUX, I was trying it on the grounds that it was mentioned on the site; I still haven't seen the movie. If anyone knows other codes from the movie, particularly ones mentioned in passing, it'd be interesting to try.
Trying OMM0706 now, just for the heck of it.

Hi S.D,
I expected as much.
The 3 Main Characters are SEN, THX and LUH. It was LUH that got THX in trouble in the first place, by substituting his sedation for another drug which subsequently gave him a chemical imbalance, which made him cold turkey and have feelings for her.
I won't tell you anymore, all I will say is, you really must see the Film to understand this game more.
I have never played an ARG before, but I have the advantage of knowing the Film.
The Film is actually being Released on DVD as a Directors Cut, with added CGI next Month in America. This is the first time this film has been released on DVD.
Good luck with your OMM id.

I doubt I'm going to watch the movie, TUX. If I do, it's likely to be after the ARG ends, not before. I'm just saying that so far, both people who've gotten unique e-mails have had IDs from the websites, and since LUH was on the website, Stormalong already tried SAG, and nobody mentioned LUH on these forums, I tried LUH. It's not like it hurts anything to try. [shrugs] Nor would it hurt to try other IDs from the movie and see if any of those get the 'high-level' qualification, if anyone knows other IDs.

Hi S.D,
How come you don't want to watch the Film?
Yes you're right, it was worth giving LUH a try, as no one has mentioned LUH here, I wonder where the person is that has claimed that id?
LUH has'nt been mentioned at the THX-1138.org forums either. There are some secretive players here that are keeping their heads down by the looks of it.

there are a decent number in the script . i registered one (scroll to the bottom), SRT5555, which was in the movie but isn't mentioned in the game sites.
the only outstanding one mentioned in a game site is 5621, the monk that SEN assaulted. however, i couldn't find his prefix in either the script or the sites.

If you were to register as the monk, your character would be dead already. Although, in this game, that might give you a leg up

TUX: I don't watch movies often, and I'm not interested enough in this setting yet to go pick it up. I'm very interested in the ARG, but I don't think not knowing the movie is going to cripple my enjoyment of it. If the ARG gets me more interested in the setting, though, I might pick it up eventually.
Blaize: Thanks! [looks through] In case anyone else wants to grab a movie-ID, I'm seeing: PTO 0340; NIN 1969; TWA 7070; DWY 1519; NCH 0066; IMM 9472; JOT 1288; TRG 3442; CAM 5424; OUE 6662; LOO 3122; LUH 9998. ... and having flashbacks to high school Algebra. Er.
No update yet on the OMM0706 attempt; I've sent one e-mail in the "original" format, with the VALIDATION header and the ID in the body, and one in TUX's format, with the ID just in the subject line. Will comment when/if I get a response.

Hi S.D,
I would be very interested to know if the ARG gets you interested enough to actually watch the Film.
With me it's the other way round, I am interested in the ARG because I am a Fan of the Film.

Oh, well.
Tux: I'll be sure to mention it if I actually do watch the movie. I'm just interested in the ARG for its own sake at the moment, though.

Hi S.D,
I thought as much, OMM is like God in the THX World, to have an OMM id would make you a kinda God to the people.

I'd already found out that OMM was like God, yes, it's fairly obvious from the site. Still, no reason not to try to validate an OMM prefix - if nothing else, it might work out like Ultraviolets in Paranoia. [grins]
