 		I would not recommend digging at the orange flag. Those are used to denote pipes, wires, etc...

 		Well I think we need to make sure those coordinates aren't just all the places the Operator detected Dana's presence after she left. The state with by far the most locations is California, I believe, which is where all this is going down and where Dana lives. Perhaps Dana has a GPS locator or something and she got scared and started going all over the country, and, like...you know, something like that. That would explain why there's no locations in Texas (Dana is smarter than that).

A thought just struck me. This is the sort of wild speculation that gets on my nerves a little, but I'm already here typing so I guess I'll go for it:

There are many indications in my mind that in some way, shape, or form, the Operator has been at, is at, or has at least looked at all of these locations. We've already confirmed, though, that a lot of them are completely devoid of internet access, so it's highly unlikely that she's been to these places. But what if all she's done is seen them...

Perhaps the Operator has somehow infiltrated one of the GPS satellites. If it only takes one to cover the entire US, then she might have infiltrated that one and somehow detected...something...at these locations. My guess would be that she detected Dana. The Operator's latest monologue includes a statement that she's been tracking Dana, and Dana's latest blog confirms that she feels safe where she is now, in China. Since the GPS satellites are geosynchronous, the one that covers the U.S. would be able to cover only the U.S., and never China. So that would explain why the Operator can't track Dana where she is now.

This looks really stupid even to me, but I wanted to put it out there anyway.

 		Actually, I like the satellite idea.

Don't like the tracking Dana idea, though. I can't see why Dana would not have commented on it in her latest blog update, since she has apparently checked the GPS points.

GPS works in precisely not that manner. Smile

It's a one-way thing (the satellites are transmit-only, and are effectively highly accurate clocks which the receivers calculate distances from thanks to the speed of light delay) and the satellites are a non-geosynchronous orbit (20,200km above the Earth's surface, a 12 hour orbit).

Ok so i went to the PaLo Alto Locations. At the location with the fountain about 5 feet into the street there where chalk drawings the kind we all made when in our younger years on the sidewalk (by the look of some of the post's not so long ago, ) It said "PUT YOUR SHOULDER TO DA WHEELZ". The hand writing was the same as the YEP and YO Ho with the Arrow and Happy face..

My thinking by the way it was writen and the fact it's close in proximity to an APPT complex it was juz chance that it happened to be there.

Now one thing that isnt posted about this place is the lil plaque that says "ENJOY THE DAY" and im sorry but dont remember the name of the person claimed to mention this quote. I felt it should be noted and will do so in the wiki once i make yet another membership ...

Yes, opening a gas main would probably not be the PMs' intent at this time....
