^^That's what I'd like to think but as far as we know....

The Joker is gone for good.

Or at least that's what Chris Nolan has gone on record as saying.

Of course, that doesn't mean that he can't live on in ARG world.....
I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

can you confirm that it actually went to the Joker phones that were handed out with cakes and bowling balls? I don't see any mention of this anywhere else, not even on SuperHeroHype where people would be jumping all over something like this.

Don't get me wrong, I want the game to go on too. But this just doesn't seem like 42's style to me. They've broken the 4th wall a little in this game by giving us posters/trailers/etc, but the joker has never stated directly in a message from him that this is a game.

Is it maybe related to the Myspace joker page? That has always seemed difficult to consider credible as a real part of the game to me too, as there has never been any mention of a myspace page anywhere else in the ARG. And any information found on the myspace page has always been found elsewhere in the game first.

Maybe it's up to 42 to close the "Well, I never saw him die or anything" aspect of the Joker so we don't have to worry about a recast in a third film or any unanswered questions about where he is and what he's up to.

Well, considering this all pretty much started with last year's Comic-con event (Okay, maybe there was some stuff before that, but... Razz

) and this year's comic-con is only a few days away... I'm hoping we'll get some action.
