Well, if there was any hope of actually winning $35K, damn straight I would!
Just don't have the time for that right now.

I've had a shot
Quote:
Like the butterfly
In a hurricane
Estimates its own time of arrival
So does man
As time goes on
Life alters
Latitude will become meaningless
Location open
Inside time itself
Enviroments made in mans own image
So it will be in this future
I have put a little hidden message in for them if they can spot it but reading it I can see why I always got low grades in English

Maybe this is a trout, but Hernando Santamaria changed his Facebook profile:
Quote:
Hernando Santamaria went from being "it's complicated" to "single."

Chatting with Hernando right now. He has things in his head and wants a knife...

I'm thinking about joining in with this game. Is there a wiki anywhere for catching up purposes?

Ok so Hernando is in serious trouble people. Basic idea is the humming gets louder when he presses on his head. He is seeing things everywhere that aren't human and they are following him. He went to 4 doctors and they don't see anything. I asked if he thought he got an implant without his permission and he said "you aren't supposed to take metal into the machine I didn't know they were in there" in re:MRI machine etc. He now wants to cut them out himself which I am trying to deter or at least get him to slice his head open in the er waiting room. He also thinks he is going crazy.

So has anyone else had Paul Ferdinand add them on Facebook?
I just got notification that he did. Unfortunately I can't check his profile for anything yet, because work thinks Facebook is unproductive and a distraction.
Also, Paul answered my message to him. I had asked him if he was a Leader or follower, then hit on all the key phrases from the LISA email mentioning a Ferdinand.
His response:
Quote:
Re: Are you a Leader or Follower?
"What is truth? An illusion, like it is said by one old wise man. (sarcastic smiley)"
This is an obvious reference to the video with the hands moving the words around.

Ok so at the trail end of our chat Hernando went idle. Then his friend started typing. His room mate heard screams and came. He (i think he) found Hernando on the kitchen floor and called the hospital. They took him. He tried to cut something out of his head is my guess. That is what he was talking about doing. The room mate mentioned that Hernando is know for his "tall tales" and that he would be ok. I am now thinking it might not be his room mate. Hmmmmm...
ETA Paul Ferdinand is now chatting with me.

I too have been talking to Paul a lot this morning. Until now, he wrote this after I told him exactly what Lisa from Favoured Ones said. I mentioned the translated morse code and he responded with this:
OK, they said it... It does mean... They are active now.
Take care.
And greet Sonja from me.
He seemed really interested in what LISA had said in our previous conversations.

As far as I know the sentence "Truth is an illusion" refers to a Nietzsche quote from his essay "On Truth and Lies in a Nonmoral Sense" (1873):
"Truths are illusions which we have forgotten are illusions- they are metaphors that have become worn out and have been drained of sensuous force, coins which have lost their embossing and are now considered as metal and no longer as coins."
Also the name of the contest - "Strength of Will Contest" reminds of Nietzsches concepts of the "will to power" and the "Übermensch" in his work "Thus Spoke Zarathustra". Kuromori alludes to this in his video.
What has Eklipse Global to to with the philosophy of Nietzsche?

I had been thinking along these lines too but haven't gotten far with it yet. Good to know someone else is seeing the same stuff!
ETA: Joana just told me in Japan Hernando almost drowned because he believed the sea was calling to him. I asked her if he began acting odd as soon as he arrived or if it was after hewas there for a while and she said he was drunk a lot of the time so it was hard to tell. She thinks this is all just coincidence.

Paul added me as well. His photo album has his 'demons'

@ fish>> Yes, there's a wiki. Clickit . Not much help probably, still pretty sparse.

Got this in my email after I submitted my essay. Didn't see it on the thread yet so I decided to post it.

The only other info was the link to the eklipster website. Look at the picture though. Its a bull, like maybe, Ferdinand the Bull? Anyone else remember that story? Anyways, it is probably nothing, but curious nonetheless.
