I highly doubt the PMs are excluding anyone. They may simply have not yet uploaded some eyes to the site. Or the RNG is being mean. I haven't seen my eye yet either but I emailed it at like 11pm last night, so I'm not worried.

Also, we don't know who else on the internets might be sending in eyes. It is entirely possible that not all eyes that have been submitted have been accepted, and it's sort of weird to assume that getting accepted is automagically a good thing, right?
