 		ARG stalker...
So, when I started with H2H, I eventually left because a bonehead Conor and I were arguing. So I left, decided to move on. And now, in another game I signed up for, guess who shows up, trying to instigate me again? Any ideas on what I can do to get rid of this guy?

 		Am I to understand that the Conor you speak of and the threads locked and arguments and such were on another (IG) forum? If that's the case, you need to approach the owners of whatever other forum you are having issues on. If it was anything here, just contact an admin. Harassing other players is a ToS violation, so if they are really doing that (and not just disagreeing with you) it'll be handled accordingly. I would expect the owners of other fora to do the same.
