Awesome live video is here: http://www.seero.com/broadcaster/lehall
EDIT: The drop has been made! The clue that they received reads:PARKING/974 LOT/FLV
We think that means a car with that license plate # in a nearby parking lot.
They've stopped transmitting, but screencap, below:

Ah, this degree of awesomeness is almost unbearable. Congratulations on this successful mission! Now all we need is the complete text of Number 4. Just a tiny little step until we can puzzle together Number 6.

Are you sure you don't mean the music performance was almost unbearable?
We're back in Austin, but lhall is still on the road driving back to Dallas with the ring. So send her some safe driving vibes- we've seen a lot today.

Whew! lhall is home safe!
I tracked our trip out there, which was was a lot more pleasant that I thought it would be (except for the harrowing bits.) The road was beautiful and the scenery was not what I expected (I was imagining northwest Texas.) On arrival we drove around the town staring at everyone and suspecting them all of being TheO agents. We noticed that the Marfa Book Store in about two doors down from the police station (hoped panhandling wasn't a ticket-able offense) and ducked into a coffee shop. The coffee shop had a huge diagram of the multiverse made of Christmas lights tacked on one wall- maybe that was just my imagination as I was drinking coffee while already road-numb, nervous and itching to impress the multiverse with my harmonicas. We had to wait because we somehow made it to Marfa with time to spare. Marfa is a very friendly place. The people in the book store took up a collection and tipped us 49 cents. The local newspaper man talked to us and gave us a free paper after lhall explained what we were doing and he said "I don't get it" about 6 times. Towards the end of our "musical performance" we got a request to play "Oh Susanna" from some passersby and one of them sang along with us. And then our contact came by and tipped us the two dollars you can see above.

Hm... trying to fit Ring number 4 into the SESA RINGO puzzle, but I'm having some trouble. Can we get a "SESA RINGO" section from this ring?

one thing is that the "Ĉiu atleto devas fari la olimpian ĵuron. . ." line is the top line in the text, engraved in a slightly smaller size above the other two lines.
was rattled at the point when I was taking these. . . better photos hopefully when lhall posts, but here's a start: http://s13.photobucket.com/albums/a296/jaspersu/lostring/

These help!
I can make out the 'sesa' section to read:
FOR DE LA MALFERMANTAJ
SUB LA PLEJALTA LIMO
KIU VI POVAS VOJAGI.
which Dav translated to:
Quote:
FROM THE OPENING CEREMONIES
BELOW THE HIGHEST LIMIT
YOU WHO CAN TRAVEL

Not really, as long as it's still easy to tell what it is.

Defacing U.S. currency is a crime, but federal law defines "defacing" as altering a bill so much that it cannot be used.
So, what Dav said, except for his "not really" part.

Still quite tired after all the time spent in the car, but all in all it was totally worth it! Thank you again to jasper and friend for their amazing courtesy and thoughtfulness, and for driving all that way! It was great to meet you guys and I hope we can work together on some gaming fun in the future.
