You would likely be looking for the Interaction forum. After all, that's the place where you post any interaction you've had with the characters, such as personal contact.

Take a look IN the threads in the Interaction forum, do a Search, and if you have something original, post it. If it's a new e-mail, the posting guidelines suggest adding the [NEW] tag as well.

If it was an e-mail, use an [EMAIL] tag. That seems to be the forum standard.

For e-mail, post the body and the message and the complete headers, so people can see if the message has been faked or not.

As to keeping information a secret...I think that'd be better in the community. So, sure, if you gain some clue to solving a puzzle, post it.
