FYI, I reorganized the questions-to-13 on the wiki by topic

Edit: on another note, it occurs to me that we need to be careful ruling a website out of scope due to the date of registration. 13light.org, after all, was used in a different ARG last year. This implies that the current PMs are the same as Red Monday, or they at least contacted the Red Monday PM and got them to transfer the domain.

In either case, there is a history of using existing site - and if this has been in the works for awhile, there isn't any reason these sites couldn't have been registered awhile ago...
