 		I'm just gonna sorta lurk (and help as I can with puzzles) on this one for now.
I loaded the mp3 into iTunes, and got this:

 		So I did have a picture of myself. I had to pull it off myspace, but it worked, lol. I also wrote a poem about the hiding spot I'd choose and sent it to him with a little explanation. Here's what I sent him.

Unless you meant a hiding spot that actually exists in the place I'm living right now. In which case, there really isn't a great hiding spot in it, so I'd probably elect to arm myself, either with one of my swords or a knife, and face the murderer. I might die, but at least I'd die with some dignity, rather than looking like an idiot trying to hide under a table or behind a couch.

 		Ive actually got a reply from Vamp. Squid.

I sent him a pic of myself last night, and I just took my facebook profile picture and copped my face w/o thinking of it [since it was 4AM]. When I got the email today, he wanted to know what the markings on my head.

I checked the pic i sent him and it was me before the Rock horror Picture Show [RHPS] with a big V on my head saying that I was a virgin [never seen the show before]. I had totally forgotten about what he said about 'submersive clues and imagry'.

I decided to make it a part of my story and said that it was a V (for vampire) written in squid ink to show my loyalty to him. Twas the best I could do while in the office. lol
