obvious error?
language

I don't know if this has already been mentioned, but I would like to point out one obvious perculiarity.
Why is a "Norwegian Film" documentary, made by a Norwegian, paid for by a Norwegian film committee, producing a film in English. The advertising poster is English. The text is in English. Even if everyone interviewed were speaking another language, I would think they would at least sub-title the film in the native language so his audience could understand it. If it were a real film, wouldn't the initial distrubution be local, i.e. Norway? Are we to assume everyone in Norway speaking and reads English?
I know my commentary here is a bit Socratic and for that I apologize. However, the questions are valid. Yes, I am sure they could be explained by some method or another, but I am not meaning to completely dispel the validity of the piece. I only want to draw the questions to the more obvious issues evident.
I do not know a lot about digital media, but it also seems the video is conveniently broken into three, easily web-manageable installments. I know some documentaries are episodes (it is not uncommon) but it seems rather convenient, is it not? Perhaps someone with more expertise is video size and compression could form questions which probe more deeply into this issue.
