Thanks. Point of confusion on that...(difference w/ Lex's)
ETA: Lex just found that the two sequences of letters, Umbrati and LB, are the same, but off by 180 degrees (minus a tick)

Okay, here's my simplified, Englishised version of what the wheel looks like. My reference point for the top is a small arrow, visible to the right of LB letter I. It's also at the top of the wheel in all of my photos.

Here is an image with the star's location extracted from Lu's wheel image.
Maybe it helps to match the zodiacs.
[UPDATE] Added a second version with the segments. Could be helpful or more confusing.

ok, I'm about 80% sure on this one. If I'm right the constellations are in order, starting with picses=tiger=venus, aries=monkey=neptune etc.
Reminder... aires, taurus, gemini, cancer, leo, virgo, libra, scorpio, sagitarius, capricorn, aquarius, picses.
I'm least sure about virgo, sag and aquarius. but everything else looks pretty good to me. There seem to be stars missing from each zodiac, but that depends on what you look at. That may be important. Or maybe not.
SPEC here, but I think the planets use the LB ring and the zodiacs the Umbrati. Hoping the next code will be short on western zodiac. Also guessing all caps for sign in and pw.
No, I haven't cracked it yet. four hours sleep last night and I'm about fried.... 10 minutes til update.

I had taken a crack at it. I'm not sure about some of them, but the ones I am confident of match up with what you found, Pancito. So that's good news, I figure.

I got G24E1E trying what I outlined above and used that with DSN115-UIY1139-010, AGENT010, and AGENT 010 as logins. Now I'm thinking depth on the chart might play in? I'm fried toast. Hope the errors help in some way. Luck to you morning / GMTish folk.
ETA: How can Mouse instead of Rat be a clue? Nobody calls it the year of the mouse do they?
ETA2: "In some parts of the world, a year associated with this animal 鼠 is referred to as Year of the Mouse because the word may be translated to "rat", "mouse", or more broadly, "rodent"." - wiki Now I'm really done.

Assuming pancito's right, here's an updated version of my diagram. I also added the blue line, for reference with Lu's scan.
I'm going to make the quick assumption that the exact position of the planetary symbols is irrelevant, and the segment is more important. So if we were to take the segment that each symbol/zodiac is in, start counting from the thick border on the anticlockwise side, and count letters on both rings clockwise (taking the border itself as 0), today's password would be... A456M5
ETA: Added a "rolled out" version, so it's not all in a circle. Makes things a touch clearer. For now I've left indications of which letters the planetary symbols align to.

Lex, I had an idea I mentioned to Pancito and Belle (which didn't seem to work, but...!) for starting points for counting constellations. I figured that, to use the Dragon symbol as an example, that because Mercury falls to the right of it, then Cancer would start on the left of it. Expanding on that, for Ox, because Mars is to the left, then Gemini would be to the right.

But then where would Capricorn begin?
