[SPEC] The Queens Roads

I was sitting her reviewing everything I have in my files and something occured to me. In the story of the Queen and the Widow, the widow was building roads for the queen, until the widow built one into the water. Now I know it's prob far fetched, but while I was getting the locations of the coordinates, and posting them around, I was asked for the ones in Florida.

What if the roads she is talking about are some how linked with the coordinates that are on the site. IE: the one road that leads to the water would be the one in florida.
or any of the others?

It's just a speculation and I'm sure I'm uncorrect... but I had to say something :p

Nero, I'd check back over on your GPS thread- apparently that guy was looking for cape cod, not canaveral.

As for the water, I believe that there was at first a coordinate that ended up in the middle of the pacific. It was quickly switched to correct that problem, but was brought up again anyway in the letters.

EDIT: "Yeah, that's what I just said!"

I have no idea what you're talking about Florida for... That confused me a bit. But if you're talking about the relation between the "road" in the sea and the one coordinate that went in the ocean, that has already been discussed and is in fact a connection. The "roads" are the "axons" and the "road in the sea" is the one point that landed in the ocean

[edit]Ok I think I understand more of what you were talking about now that your pic loaded for me, you're saying that the point close to the ocean in florida was the road that went in the ocean from the Princesses email. That is incorrect, that point in Florida is on land, but there was a point in the Pacific off of California that has since been corrected.[/edit]

Well I think Tru7h pretty much said what I had to say, and in fewer words Rolling Eyes

Trout and another one for myself Trout

I know about the correction, I'm sure I'm just throwing junk out, but I ment any of the ones close to land. I read the story, and from what I read it was to the water, not in it. I could be mistaken, so if it was to it, it could be near.

Once again I'm prob just throwing junk out... and am sorry if I am. :p

Bascially, the conflict can be stated like this.

Some people believe the coordinates are the end points of the road. Thus a road that leads to water, would end in the ocean. Now, people who see the coordinates as end points tend to think of the roads as being abstract paths through cyberspace.

Nero, on the other hand, is starting with the idea that the coordinates are merely markers. They land near the roads, or on the roads, but the real-space roads are the stars of the show. In other words, points in Florida are likely near roads that lead to water.

Sorry if everyone got this. I just felt like returning to base principles and showing how that leads to the different opinions we all share.

edit- "I just felt like returning to base principles and showing how that leads to the different opinions we all share." And I always feel like smacking myself whenever I read my own writting.

Good idea chaotic_mind -- it helps to return to base sometimes. However, I do think the original poster's question was (trying to unravel the English a bit):

"The Widow built roads, and one went into the water. There are some co-ordinates near the water. Perhaps the roads are related to the co-ordinates?" (it appears the OP is unaware of the ocean co-ordinate, so is extrapolating that points near the sea would be related to roads leading into water.)

And the answer to that is:

Yes, I'm afraid that has already been discussed, and the "roads being related to the co-ordinates" conclusion is widely accepted as fact -- but good thinking anyway.
