It must be a pattern with the different sound types.

Let me get my trusty decoder ring...
drat, it has no audio decoder...
Actually, I'm at work and can't do anything on the puzzle right now. If it's unsolved by this evening (unlikely!), I'll give it a shot.

Does anybody know what this means yet?
Unless the documents from solving this one relate to the ammo dump, I wouldn't put too much thought into that.

I think there are 2 main parts with one break in the middle.
The first part sounds to me like just rhytms with this sequence:
14 repeats of 1
4 rep. of 2
3 rep. of 3
1 rep of 2
3 rep of 7
1 rep of 2
3 rep of 7
Then we hat 3 rep of 9 tones with a different sound, which for me makes a pause.
Then the second part is more confusing, it seems that there are things mixed. I wonder of we can "extract" the first sequence from this part, so we are left with some kind of morse code that I believe I hear behind this second part.
I haven't got the tools or idea to do this. Is this possible?
I think that the 1st part is the sequence that is blurring the second part. therefore we have to extract that from the 2nd part to get the basic sequence below, which should be morse.
Or am I listening to it too much?

If you're referring to the static, Thunderclap made it static free.

Is there a chance that this needs to be run through a demodulator of some sort? I could be way off, but its a thought. Anyone tried applying the "1200hz" from the track title into solving this? Might be a clue. But again, just throwing ideas out there.

I removed the wav file just so people stream it straight from my server and kill my bandwidth

No, I mean beeps.
There's a patern there.
In the first 50 seconds, it seems to be a pattern of beeps that make this:
1) Group of 14 single beeps
2) 4 groups of 2 beeps
3) 3 groups of 7 beeps
4) 2 beeps
5) 3 groups of 7 beeps
6) 2 beeps
7) 3 groups of 7 beeps
The next 5 seconds
silence
(3 group of 9 beeps)
silence
The rest 55 seconds
for me it seems to be the first sequence with something behind, maybe morse code.
Anyone knows how to "extract" that first sequence from the second part (if that os the case)?

They are really making a big deal of this whole Romanstern thing. Clue maybe?
I'm assuming you've all seen cp55792a0 and the associated file. Can't find anything on google.
