When trying to view any video on the site I get:
"We're sorry, but the clip you selected isn't available from your location. Please select another clip."

Well, it's not 46622.myspace.com. And episodes 3 and 4 are up.
EDIT: He sent out an email.

What up? Listen, I need you to check out my MySpace page: http://www.myspace.com/petevacarella. Dug up some dirt on Anna's new boyfriend, and I don't think you're gonna like it. She's in Paris with the guy right now, and when our girl gets back, I think we better knock some sense into our girl.
Later,
Pete

Flash Based Puzzle Page Looks like the interactive is picking up... Anyone see the new blog entry pointing to a flash based puzzle page? Cool!
HFA 4031 was part of the background image, I think this may be referring to Hexafluoroacetone. Also, fluorocarbon has come up in other related leads. I have some basic wiki links about these topics. Interesting.
Possible
Wiki articles on: Fluorocarbon , Hexafluoroacetone , and Sodium fluoroacetate .
Curious...

For anyone interested, the site is: http://mutableresponse.com/
It's mentioned on Pete Vacarella's MySpace. Definitely interesting, but I'm not sure what to make of it...

If you haven't figured out, it's click and drag. Going almost all the way to the right provides the name William Blake.

did you notice In the source code the following keywords were listed
Mutable Response, mutable response, mutable, response. Gemini Division, Domestic Pigeons, Plexiglasshaus
Not sure what it means yet or if it means anything but thought I would point it out.

Connecting the Dots Pretty cool. Thanks PostLarval, Gregoryn95, and Solonor.
If anyone is stuck at the beginning of the puzzles, you may want to:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
literally connect some dots (starting with the red glowing one).

What a pain I hate those sliding puzzles...anyway I solved the 3 puzzles on Mutable Response. The first 2 are fairly easy and straight forward, as timtodd says, start by connecting the dots. Then...
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Click all the word fragments on the page, then click the star to put them in the correct places. After that, find and uncover the record sliding puzzle. This one you will have to do on your own.
Now I am stuck as I have no user id or pass for the next part. I showed you mine...anyone wanna sho theirs?

I definitely got the fact that it slides, read everything written on it, and found all the phrases in the source code (thought maybe 'Domestic Pigeons' and 'Plexiglasshaus' were other song titles). But after an hour last night of frustrated clicking and dragging and shaking and searching, I couldn't find anything else. Damn that one blinking dot!
Thanks guys

You are welcome PostLarval. Glad to help.
@Gregory95, it is just below and to the right of HFA 4031 (The one that is under the black, faded, LED text Mutable Response).
@signguy, still working on the login. I think we may need an expansion of the interactive (should be on Thursday, though it may come earlier) to solve that part.
Anyone look up the poem lyrics?
