The 14 single beeps are at the end as well.
I wonder if you have to reverse the second half from the 3 x 9 beeps that divide the mp3.
I am trying, but in that second half everything is too noisy, and I have no idea using audio editors lol

group - beeps

1 -14
4 - 2
3 - 7
1 - 2
3 - 7
1 - 2
3 - 7
3 - 9
2 - 3
2 - x
1 - 3
4 - x
1 - 3
2 - x
2 - 2
1 - x
1 - 2
2 - x
1 - 2

at this point i get lost.
x seems to be always different (10 to 12 beeps on average), but the differences i think may be negligible in respect to the quality.

I think they are not clear because it-s something behind.
I reversed the second part, and I think I can clearly hear again the 14 single ones.... but I might be wrong... after being listening to these beepy things for 1 h and a half... everything sounds to me like a pattern... lol

I've been running that file through various ham radio decoding programs and spec an's and the like, and while i do get letters and stuff to come out of it, it's all real random and doesn't make any kind of sense.... I kept searching it for something that sounded more like the original morse code, but I can't find any in there. Anybody else notice after the first main part there is speech in there, real low? My wife has my laptop out of town, and that's got my Logic on it, and I can't figure out how to get garageband to run any sort of real EQ...
As far as the Roman stern stuff goes, you guys did see the WDABL (whatever the f that is) document WD894846BL, right? I think that the two pics of the casing and the docs referencing it tie in to Friday, where we found out Hale won that shooting competition. One of the files said which year, and I thought it was 41, which is what is stamped into the base of the casing.
Also, they show that Romanstern Range is now a govt weapons test facility... haven't googled that yet...
Still working...
EDIT before posting for the new posts... the 1200 Hz is definitely a clue, as the main freq in the file bounce right around 1200. I've tried bandpassing and some other stuff. I may have to try to acquire Logic for this comp... Sad
