I've gotten so far onto the website to have gotten to the login screen and have simply been sitting there waiting for it to process my username and password for about an hour now.

I think I'm just going to wait until the offpeak hours to give it a try.

Can someone tell me why my profile data, including my card number, is blank?

Well as I posted on the other board. I'm getting a "site updating" message. Could be Konamouse is getting the same.

Same here. However, I opened up the site in another tab and it does indeed have the "site updating" graphic up. Oddly, I'm still able to navigate around the site in my original tab, to include viewing my profile and taking the test as much as I'd like without delay. I guess with 95% of players currently locked out we can experience the site as it was meant to be, lol......

It seems that you are, indeed, telling the truth. The site did work for some people for a little while. I assure you, though, you were in the minority. Of course, it isn't working now because it's "updating". I really hope they fix things.

Why? As far as I can tell, it's saving my scores on the test, despite whatever updates are taking place.....

So there, y'all. Proof in the pudding. The current time didn't come through clear enough, but it was taken at 9:28 pm CT. Razz

I do apologize for bringing this up again, but I really don't want it to get lost in the shuffle. When I was able to log on to DWY.com earlier, I checked my profile page, and unlike a few days ago, there was nothing on it. No username, no card number, no nothing. I had one a day ago, because I printed out the card for laminating. Did anyone else experience this, and does this mean I will have to re-input all my data in the profile. Thanks guys! Wink
