I will commit to visiting three of the six Cleveland coords. The PMs have made this somewhat convenient: one at 9:10am, one at 1:00pm, and one at 5:30pm. The first and third ones are about five minutes away from my workplace, and the 1PM (lunchtime) one is across from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame (downtown.) So it actually fits into a slightly curtailed work day.

Any other Cleveland-area beekeepers I can expect to meet there?

HOWEVER: The greater Cleveland area has three others that I cannot visit - they're in Akron and Kent, which are about an hour's drive from downtown (so I can't make both a 9:10 downtown and a 9:55 an hour away, anyway.) Can anyone else cover these? Thanks.

manhattan locations

Having just begun my baptism by fire into this genre less than 48 hours ago, it looks like the least I can do is help out with these locations and times. Living in Manhattan means I'll have access to 7 of them, but unfortunately it would be physically impossible to get to all 7 with only one person. Thus, I'm hoping that some other people on this board who also live in NYC (Alzheimers, I'm looking at you) would be willing to help out with covering these separate locations. If anyone is interested just PM me or email me at imw2003(at)columbia(dot)edu. If no one can assisst I'll just strap on my roller blades and cover as many as possible.

With regards,

Ian

San Diego Locations

Several of my friends and I plan on showing up to the San Diego locations (Friars Rd and Zoo). I am most familiar with the Zoo, so I will take that location with at least one other person travelling with me.

I can make it here, but I fully expect that the PM's will do something to let us know not to go. Seems far-fetched to have a gathering this widespread for an ARG tied to a video game.

I don't find these on the new list...

I'm no expert in reverse-psychology, but wouldn't telling us not to go just make it more likely that we'll go anyway? Smile

No. No it doesn't. It's been done before.

Now I just need to figure out if it's worth it to drive two hours to Kingman AZ, since Vegas was cancelled. Confused

I'm getting an Excel spreadsheet together on this one...

I'll add to it when I can, but maybe someone can take up the flag after I leave work at 5pm today (CDT)... I'll post it when I'm done.. maybe 10 minutes...

Ok, here it is... I'm not searching other threads however... If you want me to just add you, PM me and I'll add you to the list, and I'll update this once in a while (maybe every hour from 10am-5pm, CDT).... Anyway, here it is: Hope you enjoy it!

PLEASE NOTE: There are still quite a few locations left "unclaimed"! If you were considering visiting the spot on the 24th, but then decided not to, since you assumed that "someone" would go, please check to see if that's the case... if not, PLEASE sign up! (PM me, or post to the thread, and I'll add your name.) I know we're sorely lacking in Chicago (Krystyn?) and many other locations! Thanks!

Shotgun on the Austin location. I used to be about 500 miles from an axon and now I'm within walking distance....

In fact, I think I'm gonna go check it out so I won't be able to miss it when they go hot.

I'll take the Pomona, CA (16:07) one since it's about 2 miles from home. Smile

Now to con my way out of work an hour early...

Downtown Chicago site

I'll try to be at the 7:03 site (41.889273, -87.626523). It's downtown Chicago, right next to the Sun-Times building.
