However, since he's obviously in the design industry it could still be a grassroots sort of thing that he just recycled his website for.

Ugh, I spoke too soon. A google search for AIM Trout leads to this page which finally leads us to Project Upstream.

So that solves that mystery.

Got an email from echoSPLATvoicesinthestatic.com Saying go to sleep. I responded with what? and she/he responded Margaret. Going to the site reveals a page of static, with a song called comingthrough.mp3. When the song is over, a church-ish song comes up and then just static.
