I think the "artifake" didn't have anything as "Chapter 28" anywhere, but maybe Theo has just labeled it so.

Anyway, I guess that Theo believes that Renata ordered Larissa to make the desynch ritual, and as she did, they think the six won't be able to travel home or anything, so Renata is on good standing again for Theo (a position where she can be of more help to Larissa, just as James has been to the six).

Ariadne's Dance!

And Edwin Moses posted three videos documenting his coaching session with the team.

On the Beijing knot:
- Can someone translate what Diego says at the end?
- LOL at Markus and his beer Smile.
- Heh...yay, I wasn't the only one who had troubles with getting lost in a city other than my home city when tying a knot Smile.
- "I've got a cramp!" ...I hope it wasn't one of our "world-class athletes" that said that Wink. Looks like James isn't too shoddy a runner himself!
- I wonder who the guy was that wanted his picture taken with the group at the end? Looks like he didn't want Markus in the picture, LOL Smile. I hope what isn't shown is that they first conscripted this guy to take their group photo with one of their cameras...
- So funny to hear them all speaking English...I can almost picture the plane scene happening a little differently: "Lucie, look, I don't understand French, but we both can speak a little English...why don't we try that instead of French and German?"
- I spy with my little eye, a Jane!
- their Trackstick path looks crappy, heh (could be worse, though, I guess), so none of us who struggled with our Tracksticks need to feel bad at all Smile.

On the dance:
- I guess they couldn't memorize the melody in time, but still kudos to Canzonett for being able to come up with it!
- Look at the people gathering to watch and try to figure out what these silly people are doing Smile.
- I get that they do the dance where they're not allowed to draw the labyrinth itself on the ground, but too bad they couldn't do it in a place with floor tiles or square garden stones to make sure the corners didn't get cut, the lines stayed straight, etc., but looks like they still did really well so I guess it doesn't matter.

So even though we're at the point now where we are just watching them do things, those videos are cool.

BUT, what are the point of the Edwin Moses videos???

Nice Twitter comment from Kai regarding the fact that the allies could be easily spotted several times during the live broadcast of the closing ceremony (I couldn't watch it myself, but kept the IRC channel open and read the comments):

whoah. the most insane thing happened @ the closing ceremonies. the power of the bird nest omphalos & the synchronisation...

i was alone in an empty row where the allies would have been & the megascreen showed EVERYONE here with me. vision of a parallel world???

Um, so any word whatsoever about what happened with the flare and the wall and the whole going-home thing -- you know, the whole climax of the game?!???

http://img291.imageshack.us/img291/7003/screenshotgy4.png is what Kai was referring to.

Very strange indeed. heh.

If you see the repeats, get a better screen shot Wink
