Dunno if anyone's seen this, they probably have, Hale's emerged from the coma and according to one of the letters his body is producing natural antibodies which explains his immunity.

He hasn't emerged from the coma, he's just beginning to recover. If he emerged from the coma, they'd perform more tests on him, and Gennaro and Danby would be spared.

Uh, yes he has emerged from his coma. Quoted from the first line of the Dr. Aklin's report for December 12th, 1950:

"Ever since emerging from his coma, Hale seems like a new person."

But yeah, at least you didn't say something like, "Gennaro didn't get injected!" lol

Anyway, yeah, I'm glad to see Hale pulled through his coma and hopefully we get some more information about him before the end of this little project... right up until he's deployed, I suppose. As for Gennaro, after seeing his injection video, I had to take a moment to catch my breath, so I didn't lose my lunch, lol. I thought Capelli's injection was gross, but man... Gennaro's takes the cake.

*smacks self upside head*

But that makes no sense! Wouldn't they conduct more experimentage on Hale, rather than move on to Danby?

From the testing staffs point of view, they are most likely expecting the whole parent organization to move hale to the same place as the other guy so they are just continuing along in a way that to them would seem like they are still attempting to produce results, because they still had two soldiers after hales injection that they wanted to finish using the rest of their test subjects rather then turn them loose figuring they may talk about what was going on with the Project to groups like america first and what not, but then that leaves the grounds of the two survivors of the injection if they would talk or not and since we know from R1 that hale has no memory of it it may seem that he suffered either memory lapses from the injection, was brainwashed to forget or he is in such a state of denial he has made him self forget what he and the others went though. or...

they still want to do tests on Danby before moving backwards to Hale, to see if now more than two people are immune to the injection and develop antibodies, or it maybe that Danby actually requested to be injected and it was just never put down that he actually requested to be.

once again just my view on the subject,

or from the out of ARG sense the public out cry to see la la boy get his just rewards for being the dutiful turncoat, because from what i gather on peoples veiws of reading the files on danby it seems he deserves the horrid death awaiting him because of his contributions to the scientific staff that he needs to get that "poetic" justice

Also it would really help me if anyone could tell me what dialogue was said during the gennaro injection film, my computer's sound is screwed up and i could barely hear a thing.

The serum that was used on Hale clearly isn't as perfect as they would like it to be. Gennaro's test really highlighted that one, seeing as they injected him both with the serum and a dose of the actual virus. They could easily do the same thing with Danby.

rethink

What I think you are forgetting is that PA is to create Sentinals, the super-soldiers, not to create a cure. They know that the only way to wipe out the chimera is to kill them, a cure is unattanable in the amount of time that they have until the invasion of the USA. Thus, they need these semi-converted super soldiers to get rid of the Chimera. Though, as was said in a doc. this past week, the casualties could reach 85%, the ones who survive are the ones who have the natural immunity, per se. For example, Hale was vaccinated and received the virus and went into a coma, the normal path of an infectee. Gennero started converting immediately and the natural 8x increase of the body's metabolism upon conversion caused him to "burn up" and kill himself.

Not to mention that the orderlies and doctors, etc. would never allow a patient to cut himself open with broken glass....

It's not to create Sentinels. The full project is to create Sentinels. This is just a vaccine. Besides, this ARG is 2 years or so before the invasion. Even if they told the public it was to get an influenza cure, they were just trying to find some sort of gas or liquid that could be bombed over Russia and the other infected European countries *cough* all but England, damned unhelpful Brits*cough*to end the whole thing.

And they would let him handle glass, if they didn't want to restrain the patient for fear of getting the virus themselves.
