I'm taking these four points in Portland, Oregon (Woodstock Neighborhood in Southeast plus the Lloyd Cinema in Northeast). If anybody wants to go with me, preferably somebody with a GPS (although I'd love company anyway), message me using the "PM" button below-- it'll be lots of fun and we'll go for food or something, like at the bubble tea place. If you have a car, we could go to all the Portland locations. I'll bring my dad's digital camera. (And if you have a Game Boy Advance, we can play over my link cable while we wait!)

09:05 PDT - -122.617324,45.479025 | Portland, Oregon, United States - By my estimation from the map, it's the bubble tea place across the street from Papuccino's.
09:59 PDT - -122.630390,45.479183 | Portland, Oregon, United States - The very front of Reed College, at the intersection between 32nd and Woodstock.
10:53 PDT - -122.615395,45.479135 | Portland, Oregon, United States - The southeast corner of 46th and Woodstock; the Hollywood Video.

15:31 PDT - -122.650215,45.531351 | Portland, Oregon, United States - The front of the Lloyd Cinema at the southeast corner of the Lloyd Center mall in NE Portland.

And, memo to our puppet master friends: I'LL BE WEARING A PINK TOP AND BLUE JEANS. Thank you.

(edited to differentiate between PM, meaning private message, and PM, meaning puppet master, and to make clear that the Lloyd Cinema is not part of the Woodstock area. It's just easy to get to by lightrail.)

bees in sf

I can hit the 8:59 and 18:07 ones in SF; that's before and after work, and they're conveniently nearby. I could even take a little time out during the day--it's a shortish walk--but I think I'll wait and see if anyone else volunteers.

The Sausalito one is kind of out of the way; is that convenient for anyone?

MA locations?

I've been a lurker for a while working on theories and stuff on my own...

Actually, I've just really gotten into this three days ago, so I've late.

But I'll see if I can head to the MA locations. I'm on the other side of the state, but I should be able to make it.

I'm thinking something might happen. Maybe a dropoff? Or it could just have us on a wild goose chase.

OK! We've gotten 71 of the 210 locations (208 if you don't count the two in the Pacific ocean!) We still need to cover 137 more! We're a third of the way there! Please check this list, and either post in this thread, or PM me with any location you will check out! Thanks! Here's the list as of 10:00am CDT (8am PDT)...

I can also get the 17.55 "new" Seattle location. (Now no longer in the ocean!) Once again, it is right around all the rest: every seattle location is within the same square mile. Not sure what that means, but as I've said before, makes it easier for me to believe that there may actually be someone there. (I know what they all are, and there doesn't seem to be any other pattern: some have phones, some don't; some are near libraries, some aren't; some are in busy places, some are on residential streets. Who knows?)

More than likely, I'll see you there. Even after thinking that nothing would happen at each location, there's no way I'm taking the chance of missing something. So just as a little insurance, the Atlanta coordinate is covered.

Anyone else check on the other location that was in the ocean previously? It was at 11:23 PDT... let me know... Anyway, I've posted a topic on the forum to let people know how to sign up (without having to browse this entire six page thread). Please don't post there with comments, I just want that to be an announcement of sorts! You're all doing a great job! We have 72 points covered!
