Save the pic and open it with an editor that will read the meta properties. There's some tags on it too...but nothing seems to be a crumb.

It looks to me like the picture is something from a commercially available image site.. I doubt those tags mean anything.

EDIT: I emailed mariska to ask "What's behind the green door?" and got the reply that she is 'off the grid.' I wonder if this means that we just have to wait until the next step.

I'm not sure, I wonder if the door it self is the clue, 2 Key Holes, Something seems hidden behind the knocker, and then there's the thing below the knocker, perhaps a knob, or another awkward lock...I think we need to analyze the door for more clues.

I was thinking about the door yesterday. Notice how the door knob is in the middle. Can you have a door with the knob in the middle and the lock on the right? I guess its physically possible. But it seems like a ridiculously redundant design for a door.

Okay after worrying at this in the back of my mind all day, I figured out that 'ottumwaiowa' is a hint that this is a phone number (Ottumwa area code: 641).

Also nice! The changing pictures are kinda spooky. But the most interesting one is the very last one, on the "elizabeth.html" page, which very briefly flashes a google satellite image, but I can't tell where it is from.

Got it!!!

After straining my eyes trying to read the name on the road to the upper left, I was able to make out "Samuel D.[...]". Several google searches later, I found "Samuel D. Leidesdorf Way", which is next to the New York University Medical Center in NYC, between E. 29th and E. 30th.

I never know how to paste in a google map link, but it's definitely the same place...

Ooh, that is the location of Bellevue Hospital.
