That's a good question, has anyone managed to make phil turn around?
I couldn't. I went through more than once, still got the same result.

Hearing a cop outside your house after doing this.. a little unnerving.

Wow. WOW. WOWOWOW. This is beginning like Majestic, but with less suck factor. I couldn't get Phil to turn around, but the sadistic bastard that I am, I waas trying to figure out how to speed his car up on my own... hehehe. I'm in this one for the long haul. For those who haven't signed in to the second site yet: it's www.eagleeyefreefall.com . That one will take you straight to the Name/Telephone screen.

Man, this is cool. But
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
What should I have said to the cop to keep him from trying to find me?
I think I failed that phone call, as well as the car mission.

That was pretty fun, and the first ever ARG that the missus played along side of me.

it told me the call failed twice. For those who CAN'T get the call, can we get details from someone who can please?
and feel free to put it behind spoilers for those who might want to experience it themselves....
FINALLY got it to work yesterday, and went through it twice {once for me, and once to show a friend}. AWE-SOME

Wait, *twice*? So, I guess you signed up twice then. On the same phone number? Because I would like to try this again, but I don't want to have two numbers going at the same time.

I think this will be a great way to show people what an ARG is. I might send the link to my mom and dad. Maybe then they can stopping asking me about "those crazy online games".

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
The second call *should* fail.
ETA: Ignore that. The hubbie just went through and his second call didn't fail. Mine did (for whatever reason), but it flowed right to the next thing so I didn't realize I was missing anything.

Full rundown with mp3s of calls Ok kiddos, here's what we've got.
When you sign up, you're asked to repeat a password:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
LIAR
Shortly after this...
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
You get a phone call from the site(click the link to hear mine- <3 GrandCentral). You're taken to a website showing a gentleman named Phil Mourra. He's apparently an employee for this company that you don't have a name for. Phil is leaving his apartment at (I think?) the Skylark Apartments. A security cam shows him in the elevator, another in the parking garage, and they cap his license plate: California 5ZM 733. You're taken to another site: cerebrustrafficsystems.net.
When you try to connect, it will tell you your IP address is not recognized. They will hack it for you. Click "Retry" and you're taken to a map(of what I assume is NYC). Type Phil's plate number into the search box, and it will find him. Here's where it gets cool.
It shows you inside of his car via his cell phone's camera. You also see now that Phil is a musician with substance problems. It also shows his current speed. They call you, and connect you to Phil.(Listen) It's up to you to try to convince him to turn around and go to Washington DC to perform his task as his employer has asked. So far, I can't get him to turn around. They accelerate his car to 80 MPH and blow the airbag. Phil's dead. The screen then shows they're activating 3 new candidates: Rachel Holloman, Paralegal; Iram Hasaad, Instrument Repairer; and Jerry Shaw, Copy Center Clerk(Shia Lebeouf). They all have "weaknesses" listed as well. The cops arrive and find his cell phone and call you(listen) , as you were the last person to contact Phil. Listen and see what happens. After this, you're told all records of your work in this "case" are eliminated.
I can't WAIT for the next call.
ETA: natas- missed that. I just wanted to make sure someone had posted it, and since you did- trout away

Get your wife to call mine and explain to her that I am indeed NOT crazy.
Thanks in advance.
