ah... duh, atruerneed anagrams to underatree.

which leads to: http://laststop2meetme.blogspot.com/

Head north on N. Sepulveda blvd, past Bel Terrace. On the right you will see a fence blocking off the mountains. There is a gap in the fence, near a burnt sign, and a wide, flat dirt trail made by tires heads into the woods. Follow the trail past weeds and mounds of garbage until you come to a tree that looks like a weeping willow, about 200 meters from the main road. It is adjacent to the base of a mountain and surrounded by rocks and discarded bottles. There may be a worn, red cloth hanging from some of its branches. On the west side of the tree, facing the Getty center and opposite of the mountain, there is a black New Balance box buried in the dirt and leaves. Dig it up.

Well, he did say it would end under a tree back in one of his other videos. Or maybe he said it would end with a rose under a tree. Maybe he said it would end with a discarded discount shoebox under a tree. Who the frag wears New Balance?

do you guys notice the clips and blips in the video? What do you think it is?

EDIT: A cheapskate or a poor college student wears New Balance. I personally wear on-clearance-while-still-on-clearance Converse shoes from Hot Topic. $5 for a pair of shoes? Hell yeah!

Oh, and they have a tree on them that looks a lot like that tree... Creepy!

I would have dug it up by now if it weren't on the other side of the FREAKIN COUNTRY.

Licoricesniper, I'm on a completely different continent. Across the friggin' atlantic ocean I'd have to go. (Insert inappropriate comment here)

Weekend?

I guess if no one can do it by this weekend, I can take a drive up there and see what the hell is under this tree.

I'm wondering if I should bring a shotgun as well as a shovel? Twisted Evil

Maybe make sure our dear friend can't take another little pet.

Kidding.

I think.

Yeah, well I'm going to be bringing a friend along. Two in fact.

Mr. Smith and Mr. Wesson.

We're REAL good pals...

I'm just looking forward to the game actually moving along. And as a plus, first ARG I've been physically involved in.

(Though...I actually do know a Smith and a Wesson....unrelated to the weapons manufacturers...maybe I'll take them with me just for the symbolism of it. Plus more eyes = more fun!)

Splosion, bring a friend!

And bring a camera, as a non-puzzle-solving-first-time-ARG-hanger-on I beg you. I'll vicariously be there through your media.

If the next clue in in the Southeast, I'll road trip it.
