Umm.. hello people!
This will be my very first ARG, so I thought I'd introduce myself.
I'm a twenty year old physics student from Stockholm, Sweden,
with an assortment of geeky hobbies.

My thoughts on this:
Look at Moon.jpg, from the second vid. It shows, in turn, a waxing moon,
a full moon, and a waning moon. You expected things too soon.
I say wait until the third or fourth of September, and also be on the lookout
around the fifteenth and twentyfourth.

The second video showed the word "Miquiztli" which is apparently the 6th day of the Aztec calendar. So assuming 6th day=Saturday maybe we can expect something tomorrow?

Also this is my first ARG so disregard anything incredibly stupid I might suggest.

Crescent upadated the video info in 02 stating that "Gustav will not affect the Cresent"

I'm guessing that Kenner is not the location Crescent is going for, but maybe a piece of the puzzle

Just a little interesting thing I found while looking up stuff about "Miquiztli"... the deity that rules over that particular day is "Tecciztecatl", the ("old") Moon god in Aztec culture. Not sure if this will have any significance in the future, but there's also a moon goddess named Coyoxauhqui.. but she doesn't have a day sign, so like I said, it probably has no significance. Another thing - I don't think the 6th references the 6th of November, as the Aztec calendar doesn't coincide with the Gregorian calendar. Incidentally, the "Miquiztli" day is September 2nd, and the moon will be waxing crescent.

I think it's safe to assume that the video was referencing Saturday as in.. yesterday. Another interesting note, turns out that yesterday the moon was in the New Moon phase. The next full moon is the 15th, and the next new moon is the 29th. Is it probable to assume contact is gonna be made on specific moon phases, or was that a coinkydink?

(I haven't done an ARG in about 3 years... so if any of this is pointless, let me know. )

EDIT: I originally thought it was hurricane Gustav down south, but after looking closer at that map I realize it's Hannah (due to the fact that I'm a New Yorker and just got hit with it as well. ) Does this mean the location could have moved from the south to the New England area?

Another Aztec day symbol is shown quickly along with the message "I have been suppressed, but this day I will not fear it" , although I don't think it's the same day as in the other video (Gonna look through a guide of the days and see if I can identify it). Crescent says again that we need to wait - the timelapse of the moon going from Full to New is probably indicating that we should wait until the New Moon for contact... I think. Not sure. Any other ideas on this one?

The aztec symbol is again Miquiztli (=Death).

On this site the Aztec Calendar is explained. I have not had the time to study it.

But from the calculator it seems September 19th is the next Miquiztli day.

Whoa, that's interesting - I didn't even see the 8 symbol. (My eyes arent that great, haha xP) Maybe 8 is the number of days we need to wait. I also recognized it as one of the many symbols squatters use to designate an empty/"safe" house or building. (at least, I've seen it used around NY... Just to make sure I looked it up on symbols.com: http://www.symbols.com/encyclopedia/19/191.html Not the same definition exactly, but similar.) I find this kind of interesting because of the "I will be in my house" part of the videos, but it may just be 8 at this point~

EDIT: Also, forgot to mention... I looked through that calendar, but none of the corresponding day signs seem to match up with the one in the video completely. Still gonna keep looking.

Yeah, that was already said. When it says Gustav made the meeting impossible, it was due to the fact that if you read a few posts back, degravedi said they would check it out - but wasn't able to later on, due to the storm. Crescent updated then, saying that that meeting would be impossible, but to wait for the next one.

(Also I think the second video, when it said "when", meant more in terms of the time of the videotape saying "7:59" at the bottom... meaning to be at the house at 7:59.)

Good work identifying Manalli though! Especially spotting the tenacity part - good find. =D

As of right now, we can safely say the 25th is something of importance... what I do not know... I'm guessing a meeting of some sort? No other information has really been given.

That 8 though, is really bugging me..
