I received my package today as well - same thing as reported, even the bottle's control group and number. Haven't opened the bottle to see if the morse on the paper is the same but will in a bit. Only differences were: I received a temporary tattoo of the INFEX logo, and my badge didn't have any access card or anything, just two sides of the same Ingen Bio logo.

The dog tag, tattoo, and badge are identical to the ones I received at ComicCon, so probably no new info there.

I tried using the codes from the morse in various combinations since that would give us another 16 character code. Denied on all except for one time the screen flash strangely, but nothing new opened and I can't repeat it.
