This Philly News Article is much more recent. Looks like the development is just about complete now and to my eye pretty nice.

I posted the press release because it had some useful contact information in it. The Pilly.com article says:
Quote:
There are plans for a clubhouse with a putting green and roads with friendly names such as Sunflower Drive and Honeysuckle Lane. In the fall, the company sold all of its pre-construction homes.
Perhaps this is the area where the hospital itself stood or where mona is buried and is what we're being asked to address.

Rather a moot point for me as Mona might need to consider the happiness of others.
There is a contact organization(Somerton Civic Association) in the article which might be sympathic to inquiries.

haha I do feel for mona and would like for those who died there to receive proper burial if possible.
The Westrum Development site http://www.westrumhomes.com/eaglepointe/index.html only shows one home available on the Quick Delivery link. Perhaps the grand opening was just to show the model homes for sales purposes, but there's still much of the building to do.
ETA: Otherwise this would be pointless.
Fixed the link--apologies!

Yikes--I can't even get your link above to work. Maybe someone local could ctc them. In my world if "the company sold all of its pre-construction homes" that means the buyers have seen their "marked plots" and that foundations are being laid.

The link doesn't work because of the comma at the end of it.

http://www.westrumhomes.com/news.html?article=61 It's dated 9/11/08 and sounds like there's still considerable construction ahead.

The voice on "equinoxtransmission2" is likely Mona from her latest reply:

Wondering if "the inclusion of a on-site Byberry Memorial." at The Arbours might satisfy Mona and avoid an ITRW snarky letter battle with or being sued by the property developers I chanced on an Opacity Forum discussion.
The relevant entries are towards the bottom. Also, I haven't been able to (Web)find if the memorial is actually planned or has been realized. Could get dicey if Mona insists on "tell them wrong". EDIT: Looks like she has

Your approach is sensible. I wrote to Nicole Norfleet, the writer of the philly.com piece published at the end of May, asking if she knows if a memorial has been or will be built. It bounced from that address, but I sent her a note on facebook after finding her there.
