afaik, from here iirc, 413 and 416 were from the same person, same store, both Angus & Robertson.

I'll have to add the physical numbers to the wiki

So, as far as I can tell, we have the same codes for:
405 (Surveillance) = #2 physical (Surveillance)
416 (Bookworm) = #400 physical (Bookworm with Attitude)

ETA: This is confirmed actually - I have two copies of cards 405, 413, and 416.
413 is Ninja Boy.

So there may be two versions of each >400 card...? we thought the >400 cards had a single sharable code... but those cards have had two shareable codes, and there are reports of a different physical number as one of them.
This is so confusing...

ETA2: oh.my.word, wait a second... those codes can be entered multiple times... I tried 405 again, and got another copy. and again... I now have 4. so um. if there's a purpose to these cards where the count online is important, then they'd better fix this. you can add as many of them as you want... Confused

ETA3: as a quick overview then, rather than going by numbers, the codes we have (with virtual/physical numbers) are:
G69CTWHC9T - #404
G69CKR3K9T - #405 and #2
G69D22369T - #410
G69K3JP99T - #413
G69GF9HN9T - #416 and #400
if you've got any of these cards, can you confirm plz?

Source Code

First of all, thank you to everyone who posted the codes for the 400+ cards (very very very useful in finding extra info).

Now onto my actual point, I recently visited thebruce's wiki and found that we can access the pages that the cards link to (as in at bottom of card description, "Go"). Would it be possible to visit the stores that have (supposedly) reported the information?

I can't as it is physically not possible for me to go to any store in America (I live in Australia).

?????

Thanks for the Hastings card!

Also, maybe other people have already figured this out, but I just realized that on the "My Cards" page, that the number on the red band across each card corresponds to the number of times you have activated a particular card. So for most of them I have "01," but like for the 400s, I now have '03' and '02' etc. since I've been experimenting with inputting the various codes.

The 6th 400+ card

Now that there are 6 400+ cards confirmed, this introduces an interesting revilation. Since there are 73 cards so far in the set (the card replicator is #73), and there are 78 cards in the "my cards" section of the 39 clues website, I had assumed that there were only 5 400+ cards available. This obviously is not the case. This leads me to wonder what the 78 cards consist of then.

Obviously, there are the 6 cards you get from book 1, the 55 cards available in the packs, and at least 6 400+ cards. This brings the current total to 67 known cards that can be unlocked, leaving 11 others. I would now say that these are the other 11 400+ cards, but as we have discovered, there seem to be duplicates amoung these cards (ie that 400 and 416 appartently are the same card... as are 401 and 413). Clearly we need more info on these 400+ cards.

To summarize the current known cards (again, using the numbers you see on the 39 clues website):

Card 404: The Spy Kit - G69CTWHC9T (Walmart Card)
Card 405: Surveillance - G69CKR3K9T (Borders Card)
Card 407: The Underdogs - G69GJPMM9T (Hastings)
Card 410: Natalie's Strategy - G69D22369T (Indie Card UK)
Card 413: Ninja Boy - G69K3JP99T (Angus & Robertson)
Card 416: The Bookworm - G69GF9HN9T (Angus & Robertson)

The only physical copy of the 400+ cards that I have is 405 (the Borders) card (however it is listed as card #2 on the physical card). I believe all the other cards listed above excpet the Wal-Mart one has been confirmed as having a physical card.

It has suddenly become alot harder to collect a physical set of these I think. I think it is going to be very difficult to come up with a full set of these 400+ cards (the physical examples). I am going to try, and for anyone interested, I have 2 copies of the Borders card to trade out.

Also, just so you all know, I am waying on my ordered copy of the Library Edition of this book, and I will post anything interesting or different from the retail version once I get it.

---
My surveillance camera codes are 22FC46MJX2 and 237DRWJJX2... use them and pass them on!

Thanks!

Thanks for all the 400 codes! This will help complete my card list will all the cards scans Smile

I finally got the 3 cards I was missing from Ebay.

btw, sorry for not posting full size images of the cards on my site or hints or links to the39clues articles but according to Scolastics I could get in trouble reproducing their material and sharing my solutions is kinda pointless since they are so easy to figure out.

But keep checking the site for updates and keep posting on this board!

And also visit Bruce's wiki. It doesn't have all the cards screenshots but they are good high quality scans.

Yeah I am interested in the Borders card as I live in Canada and so far Chapters has no free cards to give out.

All I know is that after you get all the cards currently released there are only 11 cards left to find for the first set (according to the website game)

4x Common Secrets

7x Common Agents

I also noticed that there are 6x 400s that have turned up yet and there are suppose to be 17x total (400 to 416).

So my BEST guess is that the 11 spots left in the game are for the 400s left overs and that the 12 spots missing for the 2 next books will be addedd when the books come out.

Again this is a theory.

But what I'm not sure about is if you can get for ex. both Walmart Cards from the US and from the UK (since they are the exact same cards but with a different card no. and sometimes a small variation in the title).

Here are the similar cards (same cards but available in different countries, at least I know they have the same front picture...have yet to see one from each country)

400 and 416

401 and 413

402 and 415

403 and 412 and 414

404 and 409

405 and 411

406 and 410

407 is the only card that is only available from Hastings US

Here it goes guys, I've figure it out and my theory was 100% correct!!!!!!!

So here are the similar 400 cards (but from different countries)

400 and 416 - Cahill Agent

401 and 413 - Cahill Agent

402 and 415 - Tomas Agent

403 - Lucian Secret

404 and 409 - Lucian Secret

405 and 411 - Cahill Secret

406 and 410 - Lucian - Secret

407 - Cahill Secret

408 - Tomas Agent

412 and 414 - Lucian Agent

So if you make the count that means that we have

7 agents cards missing and 4 secret cards

which match exactly what's missing in the online cards.
(after you get all the book1 and pack cards and the 6x 400s we found so far)

Hope this helps.

Now all we need is to figure out if we can get both US and UK cards...

Sorry for all the post

So I 've finally register to the site so that I can now edit my own posts Smile

My final thought on all of this is that if my theory is 100% true than we still have at least 4 card codes to find (2 Tomas agents, 1 Lucian Agent and 1 Lucian Secret) and if we are allowed to have both US and UK cards than it's 11 codes total.

Good luck!

heh, new Ian Kabra blog at amazon:

Quote:
Greetings from Massachusetts.
12:05 PM PDT, September 29, 2008

It turns out they do have Internet here. What a pleasant surprise. I thought I'd have to print out my e-mails and send them via covered wagon.

As I expected, the funeral was full of surprises. Natalie and I were invited to the exclusive will reading afterwards, along with some of our less-stylish relatives. When I look at them, I find it hard to believe that we all belong to the most gifted, powerful family in the world, but it's true. Our relatives include people like Shakespeare, the royalty of England, and even that barbarian George Washington.

We watched a video of Grace reading her will. It was rather strange seeing her, knowing that she was dead. I almost felt . . . what's that word? . . . when your eyes get watery and you have to go to the nearest Christian Dior boutique and buy a pair of sunglasses? Oh, yes. Sad.

After the video, Grace's inheritors were given a choice: a million dollars or the chance to join a top secret competition. Needless to say, this news caused quite a commotion. A million dollars is a lot of money for most people . . . so I've heard.

Most of them chose the money, naturally. After all, very few of us have what it takes to win the competition. Those who enter will have to travel the world, cracking codes and solving puzzles that have stumped the most intelligent people on earth for centuries. However, it will be worth it. The winners will become the most powerful people in the world. (Don't believe me? Just wait a few months. . . . )

I can't tell you much about it, but I assure you that Natalie and I will win. We've been training for something like this our entire lives.

Most people think that Amy and Dan have the best chance because they were Grace's grandchildren. That's a laugh. They can barely dress themselves in the morning let alone solve the greatest mystery of all time.

None of you have any idea what's at stake. But believe me, the outcome of this competition will affect your lives as well. Never fear, though, I will make an excellent Supreme World Ruler.

Bon voyage,

Ian

The 7th 400+ card!
And it screws everything up

Ok - I have discovered a 7th card.

The good news is that it is a new code.

The bad news is it screws up all our theories.

I have secured a copy of a signed copy of the book. During that signing, Mr Riordan (or maybe the bookstore, not sure) gave away 1 free card. The card number is 406. It is the same card as 410 (same picture, name, etc), BUT IT HAS A DIFFERENT CODE!!!!

I plugged it into my 39 clues car list and now I have two enteries, one for each card (as opposed to two copies of the same card.

Here is the updated list of the 7 known 4--+ cards:

Card 404: The Spy Kit - G69CTWHC9T (Walmart Card)
Card 405: Surveillance - G69CKR3K9T (Borders Card)
Card 406: Natalie's Strategy - G69DMK929T (Independent Bookseller)
Card 407: The Underdogs - G69GJPMM9T (Hastings)
Card 410: Natalie's Strategy - G69D22369T (Indie Card UK)
Card 413: Ninja Boy - G69K3JP99T (Angus & Robertson)
Card 416: The Bookworm - G69GF9HN9T (Angus & Robertson bookstore)

Card 406 and 410 seem to be the same card, except they have different card numbers and codes (note the DIFFERENT code). They unlock seperate (but duplicate) cards in my card list.

Have fun with this info everyone.

-TheRealPip
